This bright, welcoming 3-room vacation apartment on the first floor of the villa was freshly renovated in 2016—it features modern furnishings and is very tastefully decorated, and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It features a living room with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette (glass-ceramic cooktop, oven) with a dining area, two bedrooms with double box-spring beds, two bathrooms with showers, and a spacious terrace. The complete furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Both bedrooms are also equipped with a flat-screen TV each. For the 5th and 6th guests, there is the option of an extra bed on the sofa bed in the living room. Upon request, we provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair for our younger guests. The beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided. A parking space is available on the parking deck.
