This bright, welcoming vacation apartment on the second floor of the villa measures 50 square meters and offers plenty of space for two adults and a toddler to feel right at home. The modern, tasteful furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment features a living room with a south-facing balcony that enjoys plenty of sunshine from the afternoon through the evening. The bedroom, with a double bed and an additional TV, ensures restful nights. Upon request, we provide a travel crib (without bedding) and a high chair free of charge for our youngest guests. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. A fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area and a spacious bathroom with a shower complete this cozy apartment. You’ll find a separate storage room on the property for your bicycles.

This gorgeous old villa, located directly behind the dunes in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, was completely renovated in 2006 and now shines once again in its new-old splendor! Surrounded by historic villas, you’ll spend your vacation here on the island of Usedom right near the beach. A parking space is available at the villa for your convenience. On the property, there’s a sauna house that you can use for a fee, as well as a laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer. The house also features free Wi-Fi.
