Ashleigh House is located in the centre of the UK, easy access to Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and the Cotswold’s. Only one mile from the historic market town of Henley-in-Arden, which boasts numerous pubs and quality restaurants. Outside Catering is also Available.

A large country house offering exclusive use to groups of 12 - 24 guests ideal for family celebrations, group holidays, special events, hen parties or any type of group gathering or special occasion.

A stunning property with 10-11 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Jacuzzi Hot Tub, Snooker Room with Full Size Snooker Table, Piano, set in Private Grounds.

An extensive drawing room, with large screen TV and Sky Sports and Sky Movies. Formal dining room seats 12 - 24, spacious sitting room, games room, snooker room with full size table, delightful sun lounge, library and well equipped farm house style kitchen all add to this delightful property.

With private grounds and gardens and a large south facing patio also compliment the house, creating a relaxing lifestyle. Ashleigh House is a grand Edwardian property in a countryside setting with magnificent grounds approaching 1 1/2 acres and far reaching views over the rolling Cotswold’s hills. Sorry No Pets.

Walking is an absolute delight with an abundance of wildlife, a natural environment with historic tracks and canal towpath on the doorstep and local pub and gourmet restaurant (The Crabmill) only 5 minutes walk. Many groups like the extra benefit of booking outside caterers, entertainments, beauty therapists etc. We can even arrange for the hire of bicycles if you are feeling energetic.

Organised a 20-person hen do at Ashleigh house and it did not disappoint! This house has everything you might need for a weekend and plenty of space. With big houses like this, there's sometimes a worry that other than bedrooms, it doesn't accommodate a big group, but Ashleigh house has enough bathrooms, enough space for everyone to eat together, oven space, glassware, crockery and cutlery - they've really thought of everything. There were also lots of lovely touches - the dining table was laid with tablecloth and decorations, little flowers and towels on the pillow - we brought decorations but we didn't need to. Vanessa who showed us round the property was incredibly helpful and we cannot thank her enough for going out of her way to help us. It was clear from when we arrived that they love helping people have a good time/holiday. Would definitely recommend this house and would good back!
