  • You will fall in love with our 1930's farmhouse style home close to historic downtown Hendersonville'. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the large front porch getting your day started. Then venture out to for a full day of hiking, biking or kayaking in the beautiful Pisgah National Forest, Dupont State Forest, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Wind down with a visit to Hendersonville's welcoming shops, coffee houses, breweries, wineries, restaurants, and family friendly activities.
    Get cozy in the living room to watch a movie, play a game, read or just visit. You can cook a yummy snack or meal in the fully well-equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms are on the main floor with a bath in between. A unique loft type bedroom is upstairs with two twin beds and a desk overlooking a large backyard.

Very nicely equipped property located within easy walking distance of the Ecusta Trail and the south end of Hendersonville. Gardens on the property were spectacular.

This is a home away from home My host thought of everything in making this house Feel hospitable. From the manicured landscaping of flowers to the cut flowers in vases awaiting our arrival. The location is excellent for walking and biking- Ecusta Trail just a few blocks away. I highly recommend the house and the host!

Loved the 1930s farm house! It was charming, clean, modern, well appointed and well maintained home inside and out. Lots of extra special touches like flowers in the vases in the kitchen and bedrooms, special dog accessories, and luggage racks in each bedroom. It was a very hot Fourth of July visit, air conditioning units worked perfectly! We will be back!

This place is so, so sweet. We loved the land scaping outside and the exquisite design inside. Nancy is a fabulous communicator. I love how the owners respected the original charm yet had all the modern features needed. Would absolutely stay again.

Close to everything and well appointed! Nancy was very engaged and responsive to any questions we had. Definitely on the list for repeat stays!

Location of the property is perfect to walk into town if you like. It's in a nice neighborhood that is quiet. The house is clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. I would stay again.

Quaint home close to downtown.

We spent a short weekend to visit the Biltmore Estate. Our stay was brief but the location was perfect! The home was clean and safe and offered plenty of room for us! We enjoyed our stay!

We were not aware there would be so much traffic noise, otherwise would’ve stayed on a quieter street. The floors were uneven and there were ants on the counter. For positives, it was very clean overall and pretty well stocked. Communication with the host was ok.

We stayed in this lovely home earlier this year and enjoyed our visit so much, we had to make a return trip.The house is clean and welcoming, the hosts are friendly and helpful, the neighborhood is walkable, there is a fantastic brewery within a short distance, and a great walking / running / biking trail. And if you are a gardener, this place will knock your socks off.

Cute house and amazing location

Only 1 mile away from downtown, this beauty was a great/quiet stay. It was a much needed break from the big city lifestyle. The family enjoyed every second.

We had a great time at this cute house. It was very clean and there were a lot of little extras. The gardens are amazing and there were fresh cut flowers throughout the house.

Farm house

Wonderful little farmhouse. The home was clean and neat. If you’re looking for a a convenient place to stay close to Hendersonville and a short drive to Asheville, this is the spot. Quiet neighborhood close to town! We enjoyed our stay there very much!

The house had every possible convenience and the host was very welcoming. The only negative was busy traffic on both roads running along the sides of the house.
