Bearadise Log Cabin | 2 Bed, 2 Bath

Privacy and views are plentiful at Bearadise!  This two bedroom, two bathroom floor plan is perfect for a vacation getaway in the Jeter Mountain area of the Brevard, North Carolina mountains.  This home will give you a true mountaintop, log cabin experience.  The covered front porch is the star of the show, with rocking chairs to soak up the long range mountain views!

At the top of the driveway, the primary point of entry for the home is the back door.  This entry opens into the spacious open kitchen, dining, and living room, with vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings.  The kitchen is complete with a Keurig coffee maker, all the dishes and cookware needed to prepare your meals, and a dining table for 6 guests.  A gas grill is provided for guests who want to cook out!  The living area is home to a large TV and gas fireplace.

The primary bedroom is home to a Queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.  The second bedroom, at the front of the house, is complete with a Queen-sized bed and a 2nd full bath is right outside the 2nd bedroom.

The house has internet, but it is VERY SLOW, Please Do Not Book If You Need To Work Remotely Online Or Do Any Heavy Streaming.

The driveway is paved but VERY steep.

This home has a keyless check in and the temperature will be set for you prior to your arrival for comfort.  in the Jeter Mountain area of Penrose, NC, just a short fifteen minute trip to downtown Brevard, Pisgah Forest, Hendersonville or a twenty minute ride to the Asheville airport.

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home is supplied with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable.  Our cleaning crew is local, paid a living wage and are trained so that you can enjoy your vacation in a clean home.
Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and the directions.  The digital guide book has information on the property and also on the area including restaurants, grocery stores and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property at check-in time.

Nice getaway

Great cabin with wonderful mountain views. The sunrises were amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, hanging out by the fire pit, or relaxing inside. Location was convenient to Hendersonville, Brevard and Dupont Forest. As mentioned the driveway is very steep and takes some time to get comfortable driving up and down.

Heaven on Earth

First let me get the one and only half negative thing to say about this stay.... the driveway. Yes it is steep, but even more yes it is so worth the views, the quiet and the solitude. This is the first cabin I have rented for my yearly stay in the Brevard area....but it will not be the last. From sunrise to sunset this cabin has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. I WILL NEVER STAY IN A MOTEL AGAIN..... Thank you to the owners for sharing and the real estate agency for the accurate description and ease in renting. If I could give more stars I would. As a bonus, there is a birds nest on an eave to keep watching and the unusual northern light show was neat to see. I will back to this little piece of "Heaven on Earth" - Thanks Bearadise for the best time ever in the mountains.

Wonderful time!

Just as pictured. This beautiful cabin feels private and yet close to great towns, breweries, entertainment and more. We enjoyed sunrises each morning with songbirds from the porch overlooking the valley. Hiked at DuPont, Pisgah and gorges. The layout of the cabin was perfect for our group of two couples.

Fantastic views and perfectly appointed

This home is so comfortable, clean, and perfectly appointed. The mountain views are 100% worth maneuvering the driveway. (my partner walked the driveway upon arrival to familiarize himself with the bend and incline.) One of the best places I've stayed!

Peaceful

We loved our stay! The cabin is both simple, yet so beautiful and peaceful! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, hanging out by the fire pit, or relaxing inside. We have three kids under three years old so the spacious living room and outdoor area was so nice to just let them play and explore. The view of the mountains was beautiful! We will be back!

Mountain Top Cabin

Great cabin with a wonderful view from the front porch. Make sure to catch a sunrise. One note, be prepared for a very very very steep driveway. It takes some getting used to.

Beautiful home, spectacular views, quiet, peaceful. We had an issue with cleaning but White Squirrel Realty quickly responded to text and the situation was taken care of. We had a great time.

Sunrise views!

Beautiful views and great cabin with open floor plan, very clean with comfortable living room furniture and beds. Kitchen could have been better stocked and coffee provided. The driveway is not for the faint of heart....It's a hairpin curve, straigh up and was a bit scary. However, I'm sure others will be fine with the dirveway. Great location convenient to Hendersonville, Brevard and Dupont Forest. The sourrounding area was not the best for walking due to the steep driveway. Overall a great cabin and location.

Amazing Place, Inside and Outside

What a great house! So clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. View from the front rockers was picturesque at sunrise! Wow! Location was exactly where we wanted to be outside of Pisgah National Forest.
