In town with a rustic touch, this King Studio suite located in the heart of downtown Helen is within walking distance to everything.  Stay right where the action is in the 600 sq ft, 2nd level studio apartment overlooking Main St.  It’s fully equipped with living room, full bath and kitchenette all at arms reach. The fully stocked kitchen comes with all your cooking needs, including a dinette. The large HD smart tv with high speed wifi for access to all the channels such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime and the rest.

The place was decent. The bathroom was small. Matterss, pillows, and bed frame definitely need to be replaced! All and all, as described.

Nice place 😁

It was a nice place! The walk to things is a good little ways but a great place with all you need and space. The auto for the AC/Heat didn’t seem to work. Just stayed on whichever one you put it on and never cut off. Also could have used some more towels but overall it was a great stay and would highly recommend.

The decor was great. Everything you need is there. There were so many beatleses/stink bugs in the apartment. Like we literally killed 25 stink bugs in the room. Everything else was clean and nice. Bugs were not good. Also it was hard to pick up any Live sports on the tv network. We wanted to watch the NCAA Basketball playoff games. We were unable toget the chanel.

A good property for two people, but . . . .

Although I rated this property with five stars I feel compelled to drawn your attention to several things that should be addressed to make this property better. (1). The headboard was not attached to the bed frame, (2) No coffee filters were provided, (3) the complimentary TV service was very poor, (4) the bathroom is too small, though I realize that nothing can be done about it now.

Excellent location cute studio apartment

This studio apartment is excellently located. The city can get very heavy with traffic but the whole town is walking distance from the studio. The apartment is equipped with the necessities and is great for a few nights stay!

Perfect Studio Apartment

My husband and I came to Helen for our 15 year wedding anniversary and stayed in this studio apartment. It is a perfect distance from town and we were able to walk everywhere! It was so neat and clean and we loved every minute of our stay!
