Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had an amazing time here. One of the best places to stay if you have children of all ages. So much for them to do in the home alone on downtime. Super clean and will definitely book again.

This was a perfect house for our small children. The house was clean and comfortable. Couldn't beat the location. Would definitely stay here again!

The inside of the property was exactly as described. It was a nice place. It was a short ride to town but the roads getting in and out of the development were very curvy.

Annual Sisters Retreat

We had seven females in our group and the property accommodated the space we needed. Additionally, we had a small concern with a broken toilet seat and the manager responded and corrected the problem with an hour. I highly recommend this property for a get away or a retreat.

Weekend Birthday Getaway

This property exceeded our expectations. We were quite impressed with everything this home had to offer, from the kitchen appliances to the wonderful firepit on the upper deck. We found that the home was also conveniently located just a short drive down the hill into town. We will be visiting Helen again, and will be definitely looking to book this home again, if it is available.

BEAUTIFUL place but parking was a little difficult

The ONLY negative is the parking for here if you have more than one vehicle. The house was BEAUTIFULLY decorated for Christmas!! We had 6 adults and two 2 year old's, and we had plenty of room! I would definitely recommend this home!

Nice property

We loved the property, perfect. Issue with Vacasa. Before, during and after on over 10 occasions I inquired about the access to the pool as advertised. It was part of my search criteria. Very disappointed to learn it was not available. This isn’t the fault of the owner, Vacasa should be ashamed of their lack of transparency on something that was important to me.

Beware Vacasa

Great place Great spot Communication from Vacasa and resort needs work. A change in vehicle was not transmitted to resort after multiple attempts before arrival and during arrival. Caused unnecessary delay and a bit of concern. Literally had to stand at guard shack while talking to Vacasa agent to get them to try and understand what guard needed to let a vehicle in to property. Not good

Thanksgiving Vacation

This property is roughly 1 mile from downtown Helen in the nearby very quiet mountain neighborhood with front-gate security. We were able to ride bikes and take short walks without worrying about traffic. The house is perfect for larger family gatherings (we were 5 adults 3 kids), with a downstairs playroom, allowing the kids to do their thing downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with most of the common cooking needs. Overall, the house was well cleaned. Something happened overnight that caused a few of the circuit breakers to trip and Vacasa was very helpful in contacting the owners to help us find the electrical panel, with their representative even giving me his personal number to text back that we solved the problem. If I happen to find myself in Helen again, I would definitely look to rent this house again.

Do you like power tools waking you up?

The cabin is nice. However if you like to spend close to $600 per night and not be able to use the fireplace this is the place for you! The sign said you can't use the fireplace in Summer. I get it...but summer was over 9/21 we went 9/23-9/25. It was raining on the 25th and would have been nice to use. Also there is a home being built next door. Even though the entrance into the community says no workers Saturday and Sunday at 8am on Saturday there were construction workers using power tools. Good luck getting much help from Vacasa! Just take $600 and light it on fire...you will have a better time

Absolutely perfect! The house was clean and spacious, great views, relaxing, and the proximity to town & a walk to the sky bar was SO WONDERFUL!!! Would highly recommend this rental. A great time was had by ALL!

Great location

This was perfect for our family of 5. Close to downtown Helen and about 20 min to most state parks and water falls. This was probably a little more house then we needed but we loved the extra space. Would be perfect for two families.
