This condo has it all: a screened-in balcony for enjoying the breeze with a favorite drink, comfortable furniture, and an air of welcoming throughout the place. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush sofas to indulge in a favorite movie on the large TV, or whip up some country recipes in the well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures, with both bedrooms boasting a private entrance to the balcony and en suite bathrooms.

In the studio suite, enjoy a large TV over a private crackling fireplace, with access to a kitchenette that boasts a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Sleep well in the luxe linens of the comfortable bed, with the room showcasing a private entrance to the screened-in balcony with a picturesque view of the river.

Tour the area and discover local attractions like Chattahoochee Outpost where you can tube on the river, Alpine Mini Golf, Mount Yonah Trailhead for a scenic hike, and Nacoochee Adventures, all within a six-mile radius.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Girls weekend

Great location. Great lay out of the property. Loved the middle floor as the gathering floor and the bedrooms are on the 1st and 3rd floor. Floors and walls were solid so those who slept in were able to. We will be back!! The only bummer was the lack of garbage bags and instructions on what to do with garbage and dirty linens when checking out. Everything else was great!!
