  • Beautiful newly remodeled condo in downtown Helen GA

    This beautiful Vacation Rental is nestled in the heart of Helen within walking distance to most local attractions. One block off of Maine Street and two blocks from the center of town, you will easily be able to access all of your hearts desires.

    Come on vacation and not have to worry about bringing the house with you, as this condo has a full Kitchen fully stocked. ( Pots/Pans,Plates/Bowls,Cups, and Utensils)

    Our condos come fully furnished with all linens for your stay. If you should need anything during your stay our office is just a few steps away.

    You will also have access to the Seasonal Outdoor Pool on property. (May - Sept.)

Great Place

Great location in Helen. Plenty of parking. Excellent unit. Easy location to walk the entire town from the condo.

Adorable & homey feel

The relaxed charm of our unit was so lovely. We had a very enjoyable time. Nice getaway for me and my husband. There were no garbage bags to use (or outside garbage cans to use) however. And only a couple tiny towels for the bathroom. One washcloth for showering (two ppl). WiFi was very sketchy. Kept shutting off our movies on the tv.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Room was somewhat clean but really only surface level. Did not appear to be thoroughly clean with stuff on the floor of the deck, dirty walls, doors, windows, and spider webs everywhere.

Week away

Positives: cute decor, close location to town, Julie at front desk was awesome Negatives/ no closet to hang clothes- we had to live out of our suitcase for 4 days. Terrible smoke smell, bed was awful - it sunk in the middle. No outside garbage can to throw out trash. If you are looking for a quiet morning to have coffee on the porch - forget it. The traffic going by is non stop and very noisy. Couch was dirty and smelled. Would have been nice to have condiments such as salt and pepper. Extra roll of paper towels and garbage bags. Condo is much smaller than it appears in the picture.

Basic Condo but Convenient Location

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend. The location is convenient to walking everywhere. Being in town has the drawback of being very noisy if you're looking for peace and quiet. Live band playing right next door and the neighbors were loud drunks. The property is old, almost everything in town is old, but it has been remodeled. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness and the lack of basic supplies. I pulled out 3 coffee mugs and they had been put away with coffee still in them. There were cigarette butts in the containers outside on the front porch and on the balcony. There was 1 trash bag in the kitchen can, 1 in the bathroom, 1 roll of toilet paper, some dish soap and that was all. There were no paper towels, no spices (not even salt & pepper), 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths, and 1 floor towel. The shower curtain is about 12 inches short of the bottom and the way they remodeled the shower water goes everywhere. This is a big problem with the lack of towels. If we had stayed more than a weekend it would have been a bigger issue. Also a longer stay would have been a problem because there is no closet and no dresser so you're literally living out of your suitcase. Because we were there for just 2 days we ate out. We've stayed a multiple vacation rentals and I guess we've been spoiled with how well stocked they've always been. This property has a basic supply of dishes, cups, pots and pans. Beyond that you'll need to bring everything. Wouldn't stay here again.
