great place to stay, close to restaurants, shopping, state parks and river tubbing. Alpine , Helen is a beautiful place to visit.

2nd floor. Other side of all the down town area but absolutely walkable. If you go in June the hot air balloon festival is wonderful to see them launch off while drinking my coffee on the porch in the morning.

Location close to downtown. Property was clean. Only downfall beds were to firm. Also one bathroom door did not lock. Dishwasher was broken in which we were notified ahead and was apologized to for inconvenience. Overall we had a nice stay.

Very cozy. Plenty of space for our fam of 7! Hosts were communicative and helpful when we called with a question about the faucet. Water wasnt hooked to the dishwasher but no biggie! Plenty of dishes and utensils, pans to cook. We never miss Bettys country store so the big ol fridge was stocked. We walked to river access across the street for tubing and fun walk to town. Our entire family had a blast! Highly rec!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay, the property was very clean and in a great location. We were within walking distance to all the major attractions in town. Parking was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again!

Great place to stay in Helen

We had an excellent stay. The management was wonderfully accomodative, the rooms spacious and very clean. We would wholeheartedly recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful time! Everyone was great, the condo was super convenient, beautiful and we can't wait to come back!

This property was amazing! It was right downtown so we were able to walk everywhere. It was very clean! The whole family had a great time!

The property was as described. It was roomy for our group. The location is right across from the river, and cool river tubing as well as convenient to a lot of attractions: escape room, ice cream, pink pig, zip lining. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the initial booking was not streamlined and efficient. I booked via VRBO and then had the rental company contact me about completing additional paperwork prior to my arrival. We had issues with using our logins for streaming as well as it required a passcode we did not have to do so. Overall it was a nice rental. I would recommend for family trips where you want to be close to attractions. It was a little walk into town but not bad at all!

Great location. Very comfy.

You can't beat this place for location and price. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to plenty of eateries and across from tubing the Chattahoochee. Highly recommended.

Alpine Village Stay

Wonderful stay at the alpine village. Within walking distance to everything. I would recommend blackout curtains or atleast regular curtains as the bedrooms were very bright at night due to the parking lot lights. I would recommend this property and would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful stay!!

The team that manages this property is absolutely bar none! They are very communicative and professional without being intrusive throughout your stay. Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a Helen, GA vacation!!

Holiday Trip

Holiday Trip after Christmas with kids. Kids ages from 1-3 (almost 4). Easily walkable to many locations. House was clean and well laid out. Had everything we needed for the week and received plenty of communication from property owner willing to answer any questions etc. would recommend to others. 3 bedrooms 2 baths was right size for us. All rooms were spacious and had storage available.

Family

It is a second floor apartment with people below us who did not enjoy the pitter pat of little feet. Even to the point of leaving a note to tell us so. Other than that the stay was wonderful!!

MLK Getaway

This is a very spacious condo and it has all the makings of a home away from home. The only thing that I would say it needed was coffee cups. There was only one and for a condo that sleeps 6 it definitely needs more. Also when checking in go to the door where you can see the letter B through the window. That is the door you will need to enter through not the door with the two parking spaces out front. All in all I would definitely stay here again.
