Heffley Lake House - 2 openings left for summer! Private dock

    In the summer and fall, the lake is great for swimming, fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding and kayaking right from the private dock. There are walking trails right across the street, or a short walk to the Embleton Mt trailhead.

    The house has a kitchen with BBQ, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils, and a comfortable living room with a great view of the lake. There is a bedroom with queen bed upstairs. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, and "kids" room with a twin over double bunk bed, and a games room with sofa bed. If you can't quite get away from it all we have a full entertainment center, high speed WIFI and basic cable channels. There are also plenty of books, games, puzzles to enjoy.

    This space is ideal for up to 4-5 adults plus kids.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. We loved the peaceful mornings by the water and the stunning views throughout the day. Megan and Dean are the perfect hosts, so responsive and genuinely caring about making sure our stay was perfect. Our kids loved it so much they didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We’ll definitely be back next summer. Lake retreat

The hosts were excellent. The property is beautiful. Fishing, swimming, watersports, the kids loved it and the adults relaxed and enjoyed the lakes beauty and peacefulness. The weather was perfect as well. Thanks to our hosts for making this a wonderful visit with our grandchildren.

Sun Peaks get away

The house is on the lake and only 10-12mins from the parking lot at Sun Peaks. It was perfect for our family everyone had great sleeps. There was lots of room for relaxing and the hiking trail across the road were very nice in the snow.

Ski trip vacacation

The location and ammenities of this property were ideal for Sun Peaks. There are not a lot of places to eat in the village. I was so happy we had a full kitchen with all the necessities to cook breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend this place.

Loving lake life!

We are in love with lake life! We had the most amazing holiday with our four older children at this cottage. The cottage has everything you need. The views and lake are spectacular. It’s the first holiday place in a long time that we felt at peace and regenerated. We have made some incredible memories and hope to return soon. Truly an incredible spot!

Winter vacation

We had a fantastic time at this cottage. It is perfectly located just 10 mins from Sun Peaks. The lake was frozen and allowed for some great skating and walks. Highly recommend this rental and the owners are easy to deal with and are very prompt with communication. Thank you.

Fantastic location, great host

We were absolutely blown away by the location of the house. The view of the lake is to die for. The house had everything that was needed. It has everything you need. The hosts are extremely responsive and very patient and attentive. We really appreciated it. Great stay.

Beautiful location

Overall we had enjoyed our stay and were comfortable here for our recent work trip. The location was awesome and would be even better in the summer season to enjoy beautiful Heffley Lake. The cleaners prior to our arrival could have done a better job however I was told that they were new cleaners so half expected it. The house was well stocked with all necessary items for our longer stay.
