Great location for a wine country getaway for cheap!

Please use the Airbnb app for self check-in instructions! The owner is severely allergic to animals, so please do not request or bring any animal with you. We have an automated backup generator for loss of power issues!

Kitchen, Outdoor patio, BBQ, Fire pit (propane tank included but not fuel), Two bikes included in stay. King bed. Laundry room, Fully renovated bathroom.

The Space:
A Tiny home studio with a kitchenette and , full bathroom. Outside you have a nice seating area with table and chairs. Space outside with BBQ, & Fire pit.
Shared bikes, and Laundry room for the unit

• A leisurely bike ride to downtown Windsor
• An $8 Uber ride into downtown Healdsburg
• Tasting rooms, Restaurants, Breweries, Shopping less than 5 mins
• 10 Minute bike ride to the Russian River Memorial Beach

We have added an air purifier for your health an comfort!

You have a Parking spot on site. And a 20’x40’ shale outdoor area to enjoy while your visiting and enjoy the views of the mountains.

A cosy stop🤗

We had a lovely stay. Enjoyed the privacy, comfy bed, great kitchen facilities, wonderful large bathroom and we really enjoyed the fire pit at the end of our long day of touring. 👍Ihighrecommend this spot

Pleasant place.

I only stayed overtime, i got there around 10pm and left the next day around 730am. I didn't get to enjoy the outdoor area but it looked like a nice place. The trailer was very good the bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice. My only suggestions would be to have a wall hook to hang uo a jacket, and to include a map of the property in the email. Since i got there after dark it was difficult to tell where the trailer was. I had to get out and walk around to see the door numbers.

The property was not cleaned after the last occupant. We had a difficult time contacting the host and are still waiting for our reimbursement. We had to get a hotel room for the night the Tiny Home was a very disappointing experience.

A great stay

Overall a great place to stay. Clear and quick check-in process. Close to everything we needed. AC was on, and place was super clean. Water and coffee was great to have in the morning.

Perfect Cozy Location

Really nice private area on the property - for the review about the wifi - it worked wonderful - was gone during the day but relaxing and good vibe when I was there. Nice outside area as well.

My wife n I, over 50 years, would stay there again. Things to know. This site has 5 total separate houses A-E. E is the smallest, no chairs or table inside Cooking on hot plate coffee with Krueg for coffee. New simple clean private with private yard. Community outdoor bar area. Fun adventure
