Mercure Nottingham Sherwood Hotel
The staff were friendly and the amenities including the pool were great. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were so unsupported meaning it was difficult to sleep each night. We arrived early and staff went above and beyond to help us, allowing us to check-in early which was much appreciated. They’d even left a card and complimentary gift drink voucher in the room as they knew we were celebrating a birthday. Thankyou!
