The perfect base to explore this beautiful seaside island on the south coast. A spacious dog friendly detached holiday home, with two living rooms, extensive garden, private parking, close to pubs, shops and beaches.. 2 steps to entrance.

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Garage with storage for bikes, canoes and paddle boards. Large enclosed lawned rear garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Located on the beautiful seaside town of Hayling Island, 15-minute walk from the beach. Framingham has three bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, another with a double and the third bedroom with zip and link beds that can be made up as two singles or a super kingsize. Perfectly designed for families or friends. There are two living rooms both with Smart TV’s, a large dining area that leads to a fully equipped kitchen, utility area and downstairs toilet. The large garden is the perfect spot to enjoy a few garden games or relax in the summer sun, with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. The garage has space to store bikes, canoes or paddle boards.

Hayling Island is a great destination for a family holiday, there are several beautiful beaches where you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, or building sandcastles. Just a short walk to Funland Amusement Park with a variety of rides and attractions plus a soft play area for younger children. Why not take a ride on the Hayling Seaside Railway, which runs from Beachlands to Eastoke Corner, a great way to see the island and enjoy the sea views. There’s a network of cycle paths that run through the beautiful countryside and along the coast, well known for its water sports, you can try your hand at windsurfing, kitesurfing, or stand-up paddleboarding. There are several water sports centres on the island that offer lessons and equipment rental. If you fancy a night off from cooking, there are plenty of places to dine out including a restaurant just a 5-minute walk away and a chip shop only 7 minutes away. There is an array of independent shops including butchers, greengrocer, baker, post office and a choice of supermarkets on the island. Further afield Visit Portsmouth with waterside dining, ferry trips to the Isle of Wight, designer outlets, Natural History Museum, Spinnaker Tower, and the HMS Victor. For family days out try Stanton Country Park, Paulton Park, The Home of Peppa Pig, and South Downs Planetarium and Science Centre. Beach ¾ mile.

Lovely house

Lovely spacious house. Secure dog friendly garden. Well appointed ameneties, comfortable beds. Close to supermarket and the beach. We didnt give 5* as the house is on a busy main road was noisy for us, thehairdrywdl
