  • Play, rest, & relax at our home. Tucked on a quiet street in Hayden Lake, ID, only 0.6mi/10 min walk to Honeysuckle Beach on Hayden Lake & 1 mi to Avondale Lake. Bring a kayak, fishing pole, & beach gear (available at the property). Soak in the 9 person hot tub after a round of golf at Avondale golf course (1 mi). Enjoy BBQ on the patio and smore's on the fire pit. Many restaurants in downtown Hayden (2 mi). Other nearby attractions: Silverwood Theme Park, Farragut State Park, Downtown & Lake CDA.

This is a really great house with ample space located perfectly near Hayden Lake Country Club and Honeysuckle Beach. The house is clean and bright with a beautiful backyard and deck, and hot tub. We will likely book it again!

Beautiful home in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The home is in an excellent location within short distance of Hayden Lake with a boat ramp, and public golf courses. Our family enjoyed our 2-day passes to Silverwood Theme Park. The home had lots of lake and backyard toys and games available for use or a hot tub to relax in. Jen was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described. The location was perfect. Jen was super responsive and helpful. Everything worked well and we felt right at home. Highly recommend— we’d definitely book again!

This place is fantastic! The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and hostess was terrific! We had a great time. Close by to all the cool stuff to do.

Great house and location! We used all the toys in the garagem and walked to the lake, and had a great time.10/10 would recommend.

We could have stayed longer if our time wasn’t limited. There was a kitchen cabinet Door that was stripped and needs to be fixed before another renter comes in. The kitchen stove had some dents and fan didn’t work. Besides all that it was very comfortable

Great spot for relaxation

What an amazing place! The house and neighborhood are wonderful. Peaceful and quiet. It is also so close to town and the lake. Really enjoyed our time there. Only downfall was that we didn’t stay longer 😁

House

The house was amazing. They provided tons of activities for the whole family from board games, to kayaks. The host was very understanding with a situation that happened. I would recommend staying here

Perfect house for all ages

We had a wonderful time! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed plus extras. The place was clean and modern and perfect for our large group. There were kayaks and paddle boards for the lake as well as yard games for when we stayed home. My entire family enjoyed their stay and are looking forward to returning.

Alcorn wedding

By far the best rental we’ve stayed in for our wedding weekend in CDA. This house has it all from games for the kids. Comfortable beds. To a pac n play for the baby in our party. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood right next to the lake!Hope to stay again. Thanks again !

The home is in an excellent location with quick access to the public beach, boat ramp and public golf courses. It was very clean and we appreciate the extra pull out chair beds being made up for us before we got there. There were plenty of lake and backyard toys and games available for use. We also liked that there were some basic, shelf-stable kitchen ingredients available in the cupboards for our use. The neighborhood was quiet and host Jen was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs.

A great family get away

Beautiful home, accommodated our family and grandchildren with plenty of space. Generous outdoor sitting with 2 outdoor fire pits, yard games & a vast array of water devices to enjoy at they lake just a short distance. We definitely enjoyed the amazing hot tub to relaxed after a full day of activity. A fully stocked kitchen, along with every appliance one would ever think of using! We absolutely loved the open floor plan especially while fixing meals & talking with everyone.The Hosts were very attentive & responded quickly with any question we had. Although we were given info on how to operate the living room t.v. We struggled a little bit primarily because our limited skills in accessing streaming programs but there was very little time for t.v. watching due to family activities. Our adult children & grandkids LOVED the water toys. They went to beach daily! Neighbohood was lovely with very watchful neighbors. Everyone slept well with very comfortable beds. The master bedroom & bath felt like a mini spa for me! I would recommend this property due to location & accommodations. It truly was a wonderful experience!
