"The room in which we stayed had windows across the entire span of the suite. It was a beautiful view. We took advantage of the weight room but wished it had a pool. The parking ramp was quite inconvenient as it was up steps and across the street through an alley. The hotel does have a loading zone if you wish to use it prior to parking the car."

"The air conditioner was directly above the bed, it was loud, and it blew on the bed constantly. The A/C remote was marked "do not use." The mini frig froze all my food and drinks, and the frig made a constant gurgling sound. The room was smaller than I thought it would be; it would be helpful to include dimensions in the description, especially for small rooms that don't feel like you're staying in a mansion. The bathroom was so small that it only held the toilet and a tiny shower stall. ...

"We decided to stay here for a couple nights for the Duluth Airshow as it was nearby. It was wonderful. Staff was attentive and respectful. The room was clean and ac was working well. The beds were comfy and two types of pillows were offered (firm and soft). The only con is that the walls were a bit thin and could easily here people above us stomping around.
