This cozy beach house is backed directly up to your own private beach walking trails beautiful palm trees surround you. Located within a short distance of the Polynesian Culture Center and BYU-Hawaii and downtown and great food and within a short drive of the Surf Competitions.
The Beach House is fully furnished and is the perfect place for Family or friends getaway. Wifi + a smart TV's for all of your online streaming content needs.
Guest Access:
The view around you is absolutely stunning with scenery that looks like paintings and the location is in the middle of everything you could need while visiting Hawaii.
Full access to everything within the Beach House:
1. Washer/Dryer
2. Bathrooms with showers, towels, first aid kit and hair dryer.
3. Full kitchen, and all kitchen appliances
4. Living Spaces
you have a full view of the ocean from the living room/dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, loft, truly stunning!

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.
Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:
$50 for 1 dog
$100 for 2 dogs
Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.
Smoking & Substance Policy
This is a smoke-free home:
No smoking or vaping
No recreational drug use
Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.
Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away.
Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons
We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.
Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
