"Bed was horrible. Need another bathroom on the main floor and keep it clean. Need a bathroom exhaust fan in the bathroom of the hotel room. Need a bowl brush for toilet. Front staff was courteous. 15$ a day to self park??? Was not in the information when I booked. This was outrageous."

"The staff were lovely & helpful. The room was ok although the pillows smelt musty & the coffee maker wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The laundry was ok, cheapest washing machines we’ve come across. However the ice maker were very dirty & made you think twice if you really wanted to use it."

"Positives: Across from the Fort and within walking distance to most of the historic district. Trolley stops out front of hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. We loved St Augustine. Negatives: VERY NOISY! We checked out a day early due to the noise. The site is surrounded by bars playing loud music. This went on not only at night, but it also sounded like they were remodeling during the day, but I think this was just them cleaning up after last night and restocking in the morning. The room...
