"We stay every year for the Jazz Festival. Every year there has been issues… from unprepared staff, flooding, to room cleaning. This year was different. Super helpful staff every time we interacted. Room was clean. Beds not very comfortable but you win some you loose some."

"I think the only positive, convenient aspect of our stay was parking. Room condition: They didn't have the room type that we booked, so we wound up without a microwave or fridge. The light in the bathroom didn't work, so we had to shower and use the restroom in the dark. There were bugs (mainly flies) ..."

"It was nothing like 2 years ago. very short staffed. Rooms were dirty. Pool did not look good. The whole building just needs a good maintenance and cleanup."

Motel 6 Enfield, CT - Hartford
"The property was clean, this coffee in the reception area in the morning. During the daytime staff was always present and in the evening time check-in was normal and staff was present. The staff was considerate based on the amount of baggage, they considered the Haul. I have no complaints and delivery ..."
