"Check in supposed to be 4pm and still trying to contact landlord at 4.30pm to gain access.
Smoke detector off wall and sat on stairs, leaky radiator with a glass under to catch drips, damaged flooring. Dirty throughout. Not good."

"Incredible location - right next to the sea, round the corner from the train station, Sainsburys, and town centre. There's a playground opposite for kids of all ages. Reasonable price which includes either a continental or full English breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Warm throughout, including the bedroom. Comfortable beds and duvets. Only check in is a bit stressful because they send you the details a few hours before you arrive but it was no problem in the end. I would stay here again."
