The Space:

The main level serves as the heart of the home, featuring an expansive open-concept living area bathed in natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the water views. A fully equipped kitchen for effortless entertaining. The primary suite offers a private retreat with a plush king bed, a spa-inspired ensuite featuring a soaking tub, and direct access to a panoramic deck.

Descend to the lower level to discover a sophisticated recreation space complete with a ping-pong table, large TV, a wet bar and gym equipment, all opening seamlessly to the lower terrace. Separated between this space are the additional bedrooms and bathrooms.

Outdoors, the property transforms into a private oasis, boasting a dedicated dock for aquatic adventures, a lakeside fire pit beneath a pergola and generous grassy expanses perfect for gatherings under the stars.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the home, garage, multi-level decks, lakefront lawn, and private dock. 4 paddleboards, 2 kayaks, life jackets and additional water toys are included and located in the shed on the green space by the water.

To ensure your stay at our lakefront sanctuary is as seamless as it is serene, please note that check-in time is 4PM and check-out is 11AM. While we welcome gatherings and special celebrations, we ask that any event exceeding the home's occupancy be discussed with our management team in advance to ensure proper arrangements. For the comfort of all our guests, we maintain a quiet period between 10PM and 8AM. Please be advised that due to allergies we are unable to accommodate pets.
