"On our way back to Pa from Me and decided to stop here for the night before going to the Woodstock site the next day.
Check in was ok. Room was sufficient. Bed was ok. Shower wouldn't shut off the whole way.
Thin walls. Turns out no hot tub, but still listed in their description. Didn't use the pool, very dark.
Breakfast was ok. Won't be back."

"Checked in 10p-late & several things not acceptable. Food left in refrigerator/tv not connected to service/bed like sponge/poor lighting-dark/dirty sock(1)in middle of floor/water pressure poor/vagrants hanging around/coffee in lobby a joke. Police presence @ 2a, adjacent abandoned property. Debris in parking lot. Would have sought refund/moved hotels if had energy. Just a long day, will not recommend this property."

"The only positive part of my stay was the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful. The renovations looked okay, but everything else was extremely disappointing.
The hotel advertised complimentary breakfast, which was one of the main reasons I booked, only to discover it wasn’t available due to renovations. The shower was barely lukewarm, and there wasn’t even a shelf to put my shampoo, conditioner, or other shower essentials. The microwave didn’t work, and I had to wait approximately 45...

"Run…run… fast as you can from this place, save your time and money!
I’m surprised this place is open for business you have to pay $20 cash to get your key room and I didn’t even stay, I return the key soon as I see how filthy the room was,
When I return the key and told the men in the office the room was dirty He told me you can complain much as you want bye!
Unbelievable! I had to look for another place to stay"

"I want to be clear: I love this place! Though it is clearly lacking the proper leadership to truly activate the amenity value add.. the spa services are expensive and be sure to book that dinner or there will not be enough food for you to eat and the area doesn’t have good food. Love the surrounding property / lake / hiking trail.. I’ll continue to come back but bring extra stuff along in my car bc they might not be able to accommodate some of your needs.."

"If you plan to stay here, be sure to ask if there are any weddings planned for your weekend. The weekend we were there, there were two weddings. Consequently we were unable to eat the restaurant, go to the bar or even have breakfast on Sunday morning. The pool house rooms are basically spruced up Motel rooms that seem to have been built in the 1960's. I can't speak to the other rooms on the property though. It does seem like a beautiful venue for a wedding, but we were just there hoping to enjoy...

"There was no staff on location when we arrived at 8:00 PM.
The advertised Restaurant/Lounge was closed, no longer in business.
The place was dark and looked abandoned with the exception of some lights over a small section of 4 or 5 rooms. The exterior building photos on line do not match the reality of this run-down motel. We never gained access to our room and left.
BEWARE!"
