The front desk agent was wonderful and proactively had me book a shuttle to the cruise port the next day. I stayed on the 6th floor which was undergoing work to replace wallpaper in the hall. While it looked mid-construction, my room itself was nice. A sign by the elevator said work would start at 9am. It is a shame Macy's closed, as it leaves a big empty building right across the street. Recommend you drive to Bellevue Square for your shopping fix (a short drive to Bellevue, Washington). "I was given room 203. After wandering all over, I finally found my room on the first floor, under some stairs, next to the custodial room. I opened the door to a dark, dank, run down, very smelly (like stinky shoes and mold) room with a very loud air conditioner. It was a sunny day too. Looked NOTHING ..."

"The room we were in, 241, was very clean, but seemed a bit shabbier than the other rooms we have stayed in on previous trips to this same hotel. Spots on desk chair, dings on furniture, bathroom shower grout repair job kind of messy, tv didn’t work and required the main desk staff to fix problem. ..."
