Vacation apartment - Weserbergland - own entrance - garden - fence - dogs possible

Bright, spacious apartment—104 m²—with its own entrance and private garden—but really more like a “small house attached to the main house.” The garden is completely enclosed by a high fence—see photos—and has a lockable gate that’s just as high. Parts of the fence are screened for privacy. This makes it suitable for children and dogs. Children and dogs can run freely in the garden and can come and go on their own if the apartment door is left open. The high garden gate is lockable and screened for privacy. There is a covered seating and smoking area at the building’s entrance; please smoke here and not inside the apartment. Chairs and a small table are provided.

The apartment was partially renovated in June 2024. It features a modern, 6-year-old bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and dishes, etc., a dining area, and an adjoining utility room with a window, a washing machine, a dryer, and a modern new fridge-freezer.

Each living room and bedroom has a large-screen TV with internet access
(Wi-Fi). Everything is provided—from toothbrushes to towels, blankets, pillows, and rugs—just like you have at home.

We’re located here in the Weserbergland region, between Hanover, Hildesheim, and Hamelin.
Travel time to each is approximately 0.45 to 0.30 hours, depending on traffic.

The Rasti-Land amusement park, featuring Kids-Dino-World, is about 1.5 km away.
The Osterwald train station is 1.5 km away. A bus stop is 50 m away, and an Edeka supermarket, a pharmacy, etc., are nearby. In Salzhemmendorf, in addition to the district sports hall and an indoor swimming pool, there is also an indoor riding arena and a saltwater spa. In Osterwald, there is an outdoor swimming pool. Other attractions include, for example, Lake Humboldt, Lake Bruch, the Lönsturm, the Wasserbaum, the “Hüttenstollen” visitor mine, the Osterwaldbühne, and the Stuckis Sennhütte forest restaurant. Bodenwerder, the “City of Münchhausen” on the Weser River, is a 30–45-minute drive away.
