  • Esta hermosa casa de campo romántico se encuentra en lo alto de 318 'de frente de agua directo con vistas a la bahía de francés. Cuenta con 3 dormitorios, sala de estar (2 televisores de pantalla plana de 48 ") con chimenea L / P nueva, área de comedor, cocina nueva, 2 baños completos y una suite / sala de estar en el nivel inferior con chimenea. La casa tiene una nueva alfombra en los dormitorios y hermosos pisos de tablón ancho. Está completamente amueblado y applianced, con lavadora-secadora en el sótano, y una nueva envolvente de la cubierta con las puertas de la habitación principal y la sala de estar. Es cálido y cautivador. Es tranquilo y pacífico, una luna de miel romántica escapada, el lugar ideal para paseos al atardecer en la playa privada. Podría haber langosta fresca entregada a la puerta por los pescadores locales, excursiones de un día a Bar Harbor, Machias, Bangor y Belfast, excursiones en kayak de la playa privada, televisión por cable, internet wi-fi, un lugar ideal para la fotografía, oceanógrafos y naturalistas - véase focas, aves marinas y águilas. El proceso de registro es 3 pm el sábado y la salida es a las 10:30 horas el sábado.

The property sits on a great location that allowed us to relax on the porch and listen to the water, walk on the shore, or head out on our bikes to local locations we wanted to visit.

Super beautiful location on the water! The main level is cute and comfortable with plenty of fans to help keep it cool when it’s hotter than normal. The basement level is helpful to have the extra space and extra bathroom but needs some work. A bit gloomy and smelly down there.

Judy is an amazing host! She makes personal phone calls to make sure everything is perfect. She also provides great ideas for places see and restaurants. The house was clean and the view off the deck was amazing! Truly recommend staying in this residence.

Peaceful feeling by Frenchman Bay

The house was clean and comfortable. The views were beautiful and sitting on the porch watching the seals and birds were very relaxing. Overall, great place to stay.

Our visit was nothing less than joyful. A perfect respite was what we needed, and this rental delivered in spades. We never tired of the ocean view from the deck. The house is comfortable, well equipped, clean, and our host Judy was delightful. Judy was consistently available and her excellent communication skills began even before we arrived. The view is spectacular and the large porch rockers are so inviting. We turned on the gas fireplace for the one night it was a bit chilly and it made the living room really cozy. I took several pictures of the sunrise from the deck which were stunning. This rental was everything we needed, and we could not have had a better time. We’d be happy to come back!

Awesome location close to Acadia

Great cottage to stay at. The ability to wake up to experience the cove and comfort of this location was simply amazing. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to explore Acadia National Park.

The view from the house was amazing. Cant beat the location. Mornings and evenings sitting out on the deck were so relaxing. Highly recommend this house if visiting Acadia area.

Breathtaking getaway

Hancock point was a beautiful and cozy place to recharge and relax with our family in Maine. The ocean views are unbeatable from the deck. The house was comfortable with all.the amenities we needed. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Amazing Property

My husband and I have always wanted to enjoy Maine in the fall. We couldn’t have been happier with the property and its location. It was perfect for the two of us and the view from the deck was gorgeous!! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Judy was a wonderful hostess as well.

Gorgeous view

The deck has the most gorgeous view of bay. Got to see some wildlife right from the deck. It in a great location not too far from a national park. I got to say it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in the last three years I’ve been renting.
