Million Dollar View, Close to Everything, Waterfront with kayaks

You're about to rent a quiet house on the water with a great view of sun and moon rises over the water. Every day here is a vacation. It's nice to just sit and relax on the screened in porches and watch nature, full of wild life. Restoration Hardware furnishings throughout, including Genuine Leather couches stuffed with down feathers.

Work from home friendly. Highspeed internet and 2 desks with 32" monitors on each desk.

Bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and 2nd bedroom upstairs has a twin bunk and a twin trundle, the 3rd bedroom downstairs has a queen over queen bunk with a twin trundle. All bedrooms have blackout curtains.

Included are: sheets (except trundles), towels, pillows, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, Mr coffee maker, Bialetti Moka Express 6 Cup Espresso Maker and handheld expresso grinder for the richest espresso experience.

Gas stove and oven, great for cooking if needed. More than enough pots, pans, cups, plates, and eating utensils provided. Remodeled downstairs bathroom has iron cast clawfoot tub to soak and relax in, or give the kids bath in. Gas tankless hot water heater for an endless supply of hot water. Upstairs bathroom has a luxury walk in marble shower and double sink vanity. Home has washer/dryer downstairs (soap provided).

New to 2019: 2 Kayaks

New to 2023: Downstairs back porch rescreened with no-see-um pet screen, security cameras added, upstairs bathroom vanity upgraded (rest of bathroom soon to follow)
New to 2024: Upstairs bathroom remodel finished. Including a walk in shower and marble stone. Added 3rd Kayak and a stand up paddle board (SUP). Replaced the tile floor downstairs. Added brick to the front porch.
New to 2025: 100% natural stone (Quartzite) kitchen countertops and new kitchen sink.

Bath, bodywash, hair shampoo/conditioner is stocked with direct-sell premium Arbonne products, products based on botanical ingredients (vegan). Contact me directly if you'd like to purchase your own Arbonne products at 35% - 45% off.

Use of 24' pontoon boat not included in this rental. Boat is not for rent at the moment.

Very close to the Northwoods Mall with lots of shopping and tons of restaurants. Grocery store is within walking distance just outside the neighborhood. 150 mbps wifi internet, 50" smart TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, Central AC/Heat, games, chest of kids toys, books. Keyless entry, great for late-night arrivals.

15 mins from Charleston airport, Boeing, SPAWAR, and Tanger Outlet Shopping. It's actually quite centralized to the entire Tri-County area. Mount Pleasant, James Island, downtown Charleston are all within 20-25 minutes.

Awesome River House

Absolutely loved our stay! We loved waking up to the gorgeous view and having coffee on the screen porch. Watching gators swim the channel was an absolute highlight of our trip. The rental is stocked and has everything you need so so much better then a hotel. Fishing was fun. Everything was great. Definately one of our favorite rentals we have ever stayed at.

Outstanding!

This place was an unexpected gem. We took the provided kayaks out for a lovely paddle along the Goose Creek reservoir right out back of the house. They have two awesome screened in porches complete with porch swings and fans to keep cool. One is right off the master bedroom and we woke up to watch the sunrise from it both days. The house has some very cool decor with an excellent children's room stocked with the best classics. The place was stocked and clean. I would definitely come here again.

Anniversary trip

We chose this property because it was on water and close to Charleston. The house was everything we needed and more. We never even ended up sightseeing. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The bed was comfortable and sheets were high quality. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon.

Zero issues

The owners were fantastic allowing us a late checkout. We were in town for my son's Naval A-School graduation. It was a very easy drive back and forth to the Base. I took a chance on this rental because I really, really hate hotels since I'm a light sleeper to noises. No issues with the wifi nor the Netflix as other renter mentioned. This place has two balconies and the second floor was my favorite. Peaceful neighborhood to enjoy an after supper stroll. The house has two A/Cs split between floors. They have two kayaks and many fishing poles for guest use.

A home away from home

A spacious, comfortable place to stay while visiting Charleston. The views of the water and the wildlife provided a relaxing setting for breakfast and dinners. The location is a short drive to the city and the beaches, but far enough away if you want quiet time. The house is exactly as described in the listing. We all enjoyed our stay.

Bed was comfortable. No shades or blinds on windows. TV only worked with antenna. Couldn't get hulu or Netflix to work. Gone from property alot. Mostly just slept and showered. Didnt utilize a lot of amenities. Wifi was slow in tv room. No tv in master.

Beautiful morning views

We enjoyed our stay. The interior of the home was super clean and had everything we needed. The home was very comfortable and had plenty of room. We enjoyed fishing from the little dock, kayaked and enjoyed meals on the screened porch. Morning sunrise views from the master bedroom were incredible.
