We stripped the place to the studs and rebuilt it to be the perfect affordable beach getaway. This is the downstairs unit of a duplex. It's two bedroom, one bathroom, with a queen bed in each room and a queen sized Serta sleeper sofa in the living room.

The apartment is nice. The couch is very uncomfortable. The volume on the tv is too loud even when set on lowest setting. We did not have roke so we were very limited in what we could watch. The outdoor trash cans smelled of cat pee. There should be safety bars at the tub/shower as the tub is so deep and it's a big step down to get out.

Convenient to the beach

My son and his family stayed here over the 4th of July holiday. Here were their comments. There were a few things that could have been better - there was dirt under the small ottomans, and we found a beetle in the bed. Additionally, the upstairs guests were quite loud after 9 PM on two nights, which disrupted our sleep.On a positive note, the blackout curtains in the bedrooms were fantastic, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The laundry facilities and refrigerator were very convenient, and parking was super easy, which we appreciated.With a bit of attention to detail, this place could be even better. Overall, it was a good experience, the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would recommend it to future visitors.

Buckroe Beach Location

Unit was nice and has been recently renovated. Easy to find, we used a maps system that took us directly to the property.The parking fro alleyway behind the unit was convienent. Access to the beach was good as well as access to other venues in the gerneral area.

This location is very nice, high quality. Few blocks to the beach at Buckroe with its fantastic sunrises! Had a small 10lb dog with me, pet policy great and apricated. Great location to walk the dog. Will stay again.

Buckroe Beach Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well appointed with cookware and linens. The location was great, only a few blocks walk to the lovely beach park. The property manager was very responsive and answered questions promptly, even when messaged after 10:00pm. They also helped walk us through directions via telephone when checking in after dark and had difficulty finding the parking area. The listing uses the term “duplex” to describe the property so I was expecting a side-by-side type unit. It seemed to be a converted garage maybe, with upper and lower apartments. Not a huge problem for us, but we could hear the upstairs tenants. I don’t believe they were being excessively loud. It was more like the sound you would hear between floors of a two -story house.

Lynn was phenomenal! The lower apartment she accommodated us to was awesome as we had our 8mo old twins!! DoorDash had trouble finding us, but we walked to the road- no hassle. I’ve stayed in Buckroe once before but was not a five minute walk from the beach! So beautiful. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great stay for my first trip to Buckroe Beach

This property was very neat and tidy upon my arrival. There were plenty of items such as towels, inflatable beds, and kitchenware to accommodate your stay. Being so close to the beach was great, my family and I walked there every day. The area was peaceful and quiet, and I felt safe there along with my 5 year old daughter.

Quick Beach Family Vacation

Our family (2 adults and 4 kids) had a great time at this rental, the location is great - super close to the beach, places to eat and shop. We also went to Busch Gardens during our stay and it’s also only 30 mins away so that was nice. The apartment was probably a little small for our family but we didn’t have a super long stay and were mainly there to sleep. The washer and dryer in the unit was also really great to have after being at the beach all day. The host provided great dining options too, we tried a few of them and was not disappointed. Would definitely come again in the future.

When it was storming and the power went out and I sent a message to the property owners and they responded back very quickly.
