"We were in town to visit my son and this hotel was such a disappointment. Almost everything that could go wrong did. First of all, after a very long day and tired and "hangry", our check in took over 40 minutes. The desk clerk didn't seem to know what she was doing, and this didn't start off our visit well. Next, excited to relax in the hotel tub, we were told that the hot tub was out of service. Very dispapointed because this is the main reason we booked this hotel. We went into the room...

"Breakfast was weak, but for the price of the room, it was OK. Parking was good. Room was clean no coffee or laundry bag. There was a small step up to the ice machine room. I tripped on it, fell cut my arm, and busted my knee, No I did not report it to the management. I will not return because they refused to give me a receipt for my stay!"

"The mattresses on top of the vehicles outside are probably cleaner than the beds in the rooms themselves. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The room itself looked nothing like the advertised photos.
The room was very musty and upon inspection the bed was dirty with quite visible stains on the sheets, mattress pad and the mattress. I was offered a new room and I denied that request.
I was also denied a refund with no explanation from either Quality Inn or...
