Even when we made a mistake and had incorrectly booked our stay, they scrambled to help us get another room, even helping to move our bags. They went above and beyond to help us during a stressful and embarrassing situation. Our stay was 10/10 perfect and we can't recommend this hotel enough."

"Could not fault this hotel. The food, rooms, hotel in general were all good and the staff exceptional. The only downside was that people not staying in the hotel are allowed to come in and use the facilities if they buy a drink at the bar. We were at the swimming pool and witnessed several people use the pool etc and were quite loud and rowdy at times.
