  • Sleepy Nook - Blue Townhome can sleep 4 people and is centrally located in the city of Hamilton and literally only steps to the new Spooky Nook Sports and Convention center. Freshly remodeled, it is situated next to the Complex and is ideal for weddings, convention goers, remote work, and visitors to Hamilton. This Townhome is also within walking distance or a short drive to all of Hamilton's bars, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Also a convenient drive to MIAMI University Campus, Kings Island, and Cincinnati / Dayton.

Had a wonderful stay in Sleepy Nook. Townhouse was clean and updated. Loved the touches that the host did to the place. Appreciated the amenities. Loved the location since we were right across the street from the Sleepy Nook recreation center. Everyone could walk over on their own schedule.

Under Armour Basketball Tournament

We had a great stay! The local coffee cake upon arrival was great and the house was well stocked and clean. The location is so perfect if you are visiting Spooky Nook. The beds were comfortable as well. Would stay here again.

Great location and property!

We had a great stay! The property is right next to Spooky Nook and near the cute downtown area. The hosts thought of so many details to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We definitely recommend this place.

Comfortable, convenient, quiet. We enjoyed a short stay here while our kids were competing at Spooky Nook. We found the short walk to main street really easy. The condo has everything, although we weren't there long it was equipped for more that what we needed. We appreciated the quiet getaway from the highly energized venue across the street.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts had thought of many details to make the property inviting and fun. We found it was a nice retreat from our activities and very close by to downtown Hamilton. The decor was spot on and we appreciate the hosts style and attention to detail. We will try to stay here again on our next trip!

Lovely weekend

This unit was clean, well decorated, and fully stocked with items beyond what we could imagine! The pictures are accurate, and the neighborhood was quiet. There is a good variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The owner is very responsive! We would book again if in the area.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The home was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked, and incredibly comfortable—every detail had been considered. When I saw the listing, I felt an instant connection just from the photos. When I arrived, it was even better in person.The space was welcoming and peaceful, and I truly felt at home from the moment I walked in. I’m so grateful for the care and attention the hosts have clearly put into making guests feel comfortable. I highly recommend the hosts and the space.

Perfect location

If you plan to spend your days at a tournament in Spooky Nook, this is the PERFECT place! Exceptionally clean, has everything you need, and right across the street from the tournaments. I can’t rave enough, the host has thought of everything you might need, down to games for entertainment!
