This 3-bedroom retreat sits within a marine sanctuary, offering rare privacy and walking distance to three iconic beaches, world-class snorkeling, local eats, grocery. Endless North Shore adventures just steps away or a short drive.

    NOTEWORTHY:

    * For those traveling with young children, keep in mind the yard is not fenced and the ocean is nearby.

    * While we strive to represent rentals accurately, some units undergo occasional remodels or furniture / decor upgrades and may differ somewhat from images at the time of booking.

    * Like many island residences near the ocean, the property is within earshot of traffic noise, especially if windows are open.

    * We take pride in keeping the house clean and have regular pest control. That said, Hawaii’s tropical environment means you may occasionally see ants, geckos, cockroaches, or other small critters. Wild chickens and roosters also roam freely and may wander into the yard. Their early morning calls are part of the local character.

    * A 3% per transaction payment processing and is non-refundable, when the host is the payment processor.

Waimea Vista was incredible. The location and property layout were perfect. We cooked all our meals in a more than adequate, clean kitchen. Slept soundly in comfortable beds and had plenty of space to relax and make memories.

Had a wonderful stay with my family at the villa. Kira was a great host and we had all the amenities that we needed, the place was clean and peaceful. The view of the ocean from the patio, especially the beautiful sunsets and the sound of the waves crashing down below were worth every penny. I strongly recommend this villa for anybody that is looking for a great retreat away from the action of Honolulu. Thank you Kira :)

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this home! It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to unwind during our North Shore getaway. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful enough to fall asleep to the sound of the waves each night.We loved spending hours on the beautiful lanai, taking in both sunrise and sunset. The beds were cozy, the home was welcoming, and the overall experience was everything we hoped for.My family and I will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Waimea vista. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The location was ideal for our needs. There is no AC so it can get a bit warm and things don’t dry very well but the nights were still fairly cool while we were there. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, enjoying the view of the ocean, the outdoor shower was lovely though it could use another slat added above for privacy from the house next door. We appreciated the beach chairs and toys. We would definitely stay again!

Magical views!

Great spot on the North Shore. The place has magical ocean views and the location made everything really easy. We could walk to Waimea Bay, Pupukea Beach Park, the food trucks, and Foodland for groceries. Hardly needed the car at all. The rental was comfortable and had what we needed for a simple, relaxed stay.

The home was great. A wonderful view. Right on the ocean. Does not have AC but the winds and fans cooled the rooms down quickly. Beautiful lanai to sit and watch the waves hit the rocks. We saw a group of dolphins swim by the house in the morning which was so cool. We were told they’d come back around 4pm. The beaches were a 5 min walk. We saw turtles at sharks cove and a seal on Waimea bay. Our fave was Waimea Bay. Waimea Valley was a 3 min drive to the falls and luau. Walking distance to grocery store and food trucks. North shore was so chill and not so busy. A huge difference from Waikiki’s big city feel. Loved everything!

Local Vibe

Our group wanted a real local stay instead of a resort scene and this place delivered. The host knew the area inside out and pointed us to spots tourists never find. The views feel unreal and the location is top tier. Just map out your drives to dodge traffic and expect grocery prices to be higher. The food truck options are stacked! We never ran out of great things to eat.

Easy access to everything

The location can’t be beat! You can walk to Three Tables beach or head over to Waimea for swimming and cliff jumping. The house has a relaxed, beachy feel with plenty of space for families or a small group. We loved having coffee on the lanai with ocean views and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. It’s not super fancy, but it’s clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want for an easy North Shore stay. Would definitely come back.

Couldn't have picked a better location!

Love love loved everything about this place! The rooms are not very big, which was fine because we didn’t spend much time in them beyond sleeping. I probably spent an hour+ every evening sitting outside and indulging in the ocean views. We the hope to come back for the Eddie. ✌️🍍🌺

Breathtaking ocean views. Unit was very well appointmed with comfortable linens and everything we needed to cook at home when we wanted. The host was very responsive. Ideal location to explore this corner of the North Shore on foot.

Beautiful property! We were so lucky to be up close to the 30foot waves from a safe vantage point. We come to the island at least 2 times a year. This will be our go to place to stay!

Great for Families

No Car Needed

We decided to save on a car rental by using an Uber to get to the house and rented bikes for our stay. The bike rental place and grocery store are so close! The nearby beaches are beautiful, Waimea in particular, is a massive beach and easy to access on foot. Foodland Pupukea grocery is right there with several food trucks next door. Cutting out the car rental brought down the cost of our trip considerably.

Superb location

Waimea bay is stunning and being able to walk to it from the rental was such a luxury. The nearby food trucks were also a highlight. I think we gained 5 lbs in 5 days from being close to all the delicious food options. The house was clean and maintained with care. Our only regret was booking half our stay in the waikiki area as we would gladly have stayed here for our entire trip.
