After your adventures, head back to cool off in the private, newly renovated pool (March 2024). With at-home comforts, a full kitchen, and a prime location, this vacation rental has it all.

Please be aware this is a non smoking/ non vaping vacation home. Cannabis use is NOT permitted on property.

1 Mile to Golf | Step-Free Access |Heated Pool (OPTIONAL POOL HEAT FEE $45 per day-paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)

SECURITY: Gated Community, 2 exterior Ring cameras (facing front entry & driveway)
Cameras do NOT look into any interior spaces!

PARKING: Driveway (1 vehicle), street parking (first-come, first-served)
NO PARKING IN GARAGE!

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
OPTIONAL POOL HEAT for fee
($45 per day, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)

OPTIONAL PROPANE BBQ for fee
($45 per stay, paid pre-trip) provided with 1 tank, if more needed, fill is responsibility of guest). It is expected that guests clean BBQ after use.

Directly outside the gates of Southern Dunes, you will find a vast amount of
stores, restaurants and other conveniences, such as Walmart Supercenter, Winn Dixie, ABC Liquor Store, McDonalds, Checkers, Burger King etc.
Haines City and the surrounding area features many shopping opportunities.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING & VAPING & NO CANNABIS USE - NO PETS ALLOWED- NO EVENTS, PARTIES, OR LARGE GATHERINGS
-Non-compliance of house rules will lead to a cancelation of reservation with no refunds & will be subject to additional charge for damages/ cleaning etc. -
All credit card transactions are subject to a fee charged by the credit card processor platform.

Primary Guest must be present for entire stay!

Your safety matters. The property is located in a gated community and features 2 exterior Ring security cameras located on the front door facing the front entry and driveway. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when detected by motion or when the doorbell button is pressed.
