  • Prepárese para una gran experiencia de vacaciones. Esta villa es fantástica. Enorme piscina y terraza para los amantes del sol e ideal para los amantes de un excelente campo de golf.
    Bellamente decorada, la villa cuenta con dos salas de estar con pisos de pizarra y madera, 6 televisores de pantalla plana, cómodos sofás de cuero y sillones. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una generosa cantidad de ollas y sartenes. Para agregar a su disfrute, la villa está ubicada en una comunidad de golf cerrada y prestigiosa y está convenientemente ubicada en la I4 que lo lleva a casi todas partes. ¡Incluso puedes "nadar con un delfín" saliendo de la Villa!

    Bellamente decorada, la villa cuenta con dos salas de estar con pisos de pizarra y madera, cómodos sofás de cuero y sillones, y ambos tienen televisores de pantalla plana de alta definición.  Un área es ideal para leer un poco o relajarse; ¡el otro ideal para reunirse para tomar cócteles y una película!  

    La cocina, para quienes disfrutan cocinar en vacaciones, es una delicia para el chef, completa con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de gran tamaño, encimeras de granito y una generosa oferta de ollas, sartenes y herramientas de cocina. Para comer en el interior, hay un rincón de desayuno informal con capacidad para cuatro y un comedor más formal con capacidad para ocho.

    Pase a través de las puertas de vidrio hacia la espectacular área de la piscina y encontrará una cubierta de piscina privada muy grande que es tan grande que puede elegir sol y sombra durante todo el día.  ¡No pelear por tumbonas en esta villa! Hay mucho para todos.  Si disfruta de una cena informal, hay dos mesas de comedor al aire libre, con ocho sillas de comedor.  

    La enorme suite principal en la planta baja tiene un baño privado de tamaño completo con bañera profunda, tocador con lavamanos doble y ducha a ras de suelo.  La habitación está amueblada con una lujosa cama king size y un televisor de pantalla plana, con DVD y puertas correderas con vista a la espectacular piscina.

    Arriba, hay dos dormitorios más con camas Queen y un tercer dormitorio con dos camas individuales, cada uno con sus propios televisores, junto con el baño familiar. 

    Hay una sala de polvo en el nivel de la planta baja, adyacente a la lavandería que cuenta con lavadora y secadora de carga frontal de alta gama. ¡Puede llevar su automóvil a través de la puerta eléctrica hacia el garaje, para mantenerlo fresco del sol de Florida!

    Esta es una gran villa para los entusiastas del golf, ya que se encuentra en la prestigiosa comunidad de golf cerrada, Southern Dunes, una comunidad que aparece en muchas revistas de golf y está constantemente clasificada entre las mejores de la nación.  

    También es un lugar ideal para excursiones de un día, ya que se encuentra cerca del cruce de I4 y la autopista 27.  I4 es el camino que lo lleva al oeste a las playas del área de Tampa, y al este a los centros comerciales, a Universal y Seaworld, así como a Daytona.  Salga de la I4 en Lake Buena Vista y estará en la entrada de Disney Springs (aproximadamente 15 millas).  ¡La autopista 27 sur te lleva al nuevo LEGOland Park y al país de los cítricos!

    Justo a las afueras de la comunidad de Southern Dunes encontrará tiendas y restaurantes que incluyen una tienda de comestibles y un centro Walmart.

We had a great stay here! Went down with a bunch of friends for a park/relaxing get away and despite the occasional traffic, it was very easy to commute to all our activities.

We have been traveling to Haines City/Davenport every year for 15 years. This is a great place to stay! The house was large and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable! Our favorite spot was the pool! Large deck with 6 loungers-one for everyone in our family. We added pool heat and it was nice and warm. Plenty of sun on the deck and pool but also shade available. The only addition that would make this a 10 house would be an outdoor tv and grill. Will definitely stay again if the house is available next April. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing

Top class property in a prime quiet location. The owners were really helpful and were so kind to give us a later checkout as we had an evening flight home. This property is super clean, lovely large private pool and tastefully decorated. Have already booked this property for next year. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Amazing property

Property was well kept and clean. Daniel assisted us with all our questions about the area. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. The pool was great and clean. Pillowed were a bit soft but Walmart right outside the gate was helpful in getting firmer ones.

This villa was wonderful.

This villa was wonderful. The house was very clean, the pool was awesome. We had a problem with one of the toilets the first day, it was taken care of the next morning. David was excellent to deal with. We visited Florida six times and this villa was the best. Having Wal-Mart just around the corner was great. Can't wait to visit again and hopefully rent this villa again.

Beautiful home

The home is lovely, equipped with all necessities. The pool is surrounded by greenery providing adequate privacy. The kids had a wonderful time and asked if we could stay at the same home next time we are in town. It is a bit of a hike to Orlando (theme parks) especially during rush hours. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and we would highly recommend this home!

Brilliant holiday

Communication with property owner was great and arrival at property was really smooth. Property was really clean and equipped with everything you could need. We had one problem with pool pump during our stay but was resolved by owner within a couple of hours. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely recommend this property to any one looking at a holiday in Orlando. A bit further out that some properties but as we had a car it wasn’t a problem, journey to theme parks was really easy.

The villa was fabulous and the location was so peaceful and very friendly. Everything we could have wanted was provided by our host. Perfect post Covid vacation we would highly recommend this villa and the host.

Great house!

Location was perfect, house was great, pool was refreshing. Only a couple things to improve on but I’m sure it’s not the owner/managers fault but water pressure was ok. The patio door was super squeaky and the upstairs bathroom had some little ants that came in on the window sill but nothing crazy. All in all a good stay.

Long awaited vacation.

Visited with extended family villa was clean with great outdoor space with large pool which is south facing. Any problem was sorted out very quickly by host. Have stayed on southern dunes on numerous occasions and this was one of the best villas we have rented.Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful pool home

On southern dunes - pool was fab and house was big enough for my family of 7 - perfect set up had everything required …and more. I could not say anything negative about this home which we find perfectly placed for the parks, shopping, eating and pleasant surround. From booking to arrival & check out all dealt with by owner very well … thank you for letting us stay - highly recommended!

Family Christmas

After a couple of years of not taking vacations, we opted for a getaway Christmas. This house was perfect! It fit our family of 7 perfectly! The house and neighborhood were clean with friendly neighbors. Our kids and grandkids swam in the pool on Christmas, and we enjoyed walks around the complex. It was the perfect down time and regrouping we all needed. Close to food and shopping. We were able to cook a full Christmas dinner and enjoyed eating it poolside - something you can’t do in MN! We made day trips to the ocean and then to the gulf side - only about 1.5 hours away to either side. I dealt with David during my booking process and he was amazing! He responded quickly and was very knowledgeable about all my questions. If you’re thinking of booking this property - do it! I know our family will return!

Everything we wanted

This home made our vacation wonderful. Contact to the owner from the moment I wanted to book til the check in process was simply amazing! House was just as advertised, definitely home away from home. Everyone enjoyed themselves. I would definitely book this home again for a vacation or refer a friend! Neighborhood was nice and quiet with friendly people.

Amazing

I don’t know where to start this house was amazing simply beautiful! Southern Dunes is a beautiful neighborhood by itself but the house is so nice. Pool area was great kitchen and appliances were great more than you can ask for! Rooms were great all different bed mattress types for different backs! On Sunday I had an issue with my Tv but David had someone fix it Monday which was faster than I thought and his communication skills were superb. We will definitely be re-renting this house in the future!

Peaceful, Clean and just flat out FANTASTIC!

We are a family of four, but extended it to a party of five for this vacation! Our stay was during the July 4th holiday; so you could imagine how hectic we anticipated the check in process to be. NOT the case. It was the smoothest check in process we have ever experienced! The guards at the gate were ready for us. The keyless entry was absolutely flawless. We felt at home right away!!! All we needed was groceries and charcoal. 😂 There was plenty of space for everyone to feel close and stretch out at the same time. The covered pool area was amazing! We enjoyed being outside day or night; rain or shine. It was amazingly quiet, private and CLEAN! We were comfortabley close to everything the Orlando area has to offer. The surrounding restaurants and stores made going out a breeze. The home even has brochures detailing the surrounding attractions. There was no detail missed. They truly have set up this place for a family to walk in to a home away from home. Amazingly done and an incredible find!!! We will be back!!!

This beautiful home exceeded all our expectations! Definitely worth the 5 stars!!!

Recently moved my daughter from Illinois to Florida for college and came across this beautiful home to spend the week in with family/friends. The home is exceptionally clean, well furnished and well equipped with everything you could need for the kitchen along with plenty of towels. The pool/patio area is amazing and where we spent most of our time while at the house. There is more than enough space to just relax and enjoy the Florida sun and large pool that everyone enjoyed (especially my 12 year old son, who I had a hard time getting out of the pool). The home is in a great quiet location, minutes from restaurants and shopping. There is a Walmart directly outside of the gated community for anything we needed for the week. We enjoyed picking up groceries and cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. Overall this home deserves more than 5 stars. The owners are easy to communicate with and get ahold of if need be. It was exactly what we all needed for our family vacation! I look forward to coming back to this area and staying here again.
