The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Supplies:
We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes :
* 1 x roll of paper towels.
* 1 x dish sponge.
* 2 x dishwasher tablets.
* 1 x small dish soap.
* 2x trash bags.
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom.
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap.
* Small hand soaps, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom.
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above. There are grocery stores within 3 miles (Walmart, Publix, Winn Dixie, ALDI)
We only provide single items to get your stay started.
POOL and SPA HEAT
* The pool and spa can be heated on request and for an additional charge. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day, which will be invoiced separately. For best results, it is recommended to preorder and have this set up before arrival.
* Spas in Florida will typically operate at the same temperature as the pool as they ‘spill’ over into the pool until the spa jets are activated whilst pool heat is on.
* The pool heater runs for approximately 12-14 hours each day and will turn off late evening. Although where heat is selected, the spa heat will continue to operate when activated day or night. To turn on and off the hot tub, use the control box on the wall outside, near the window. It'll take approx 1-2 hours to heat up. Please turn off the spa bubbles and light when not in use.
* Pool heat is necessary if your home has a spa interconnected with the pool and you want to have the spa hotter than the pool temperature.
* Pool heat is set to 88 degrees F when activated. The spa is set to 102-104 degrees F when the pool heat is activated.
* Please do not attempt to adjust the pool settings.
The pool gets serviced weekly by an outside company. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes off the screen and into the pool between cleanings due to unpredictable weather conditions in Florida - this is normal. We provide a pool skimmer that you may use to remove light debris throughout your stay.
BBQ Grill:
There is a BBQ grill on the Pool Deck that is Free to use. If case you need a refill call the Co-host. We do ask that every guest please extend the courtesy of cleaning the grill before departure.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10 AM. To prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee. The late checkout fee schedule is $50 until midday and $75 until 2:00 p.m. After 2:00 pm you will be charged for a full night's stay.
A few days before your arrival you must inform how many guests and cars you will have. Upon entering the gated community, security will have hang tags ready for your cars to facilitate access to the community. The accommodation allows a maximum of 6 cars.
