"I've stayed here a few times. Great hotel and near to family for me"

"Clean, large quiet rooms, comfy bed and blackout curtains. No air-con, so a little too warm, even in October, street noise if you open the balcony door - think you can ask for a fan at Reception. Free coffee and water available from the bar area during the day and reasonable variety of drinks to purchase. 20 minute walk to Gasthaus Hansy for a great meal. Tram stop 2 outside takes you direct to city centre. Spar just few minutes walk away. Would stay again but not in the Summer."

"Beautiful hotel and great location, opposite Schönbrunn Palace. Easy to get to central Vienna by subway, which was very easy to navigate."

"Love the lounge area , gym and sauna. Room was immaculate."

"Alles gut, saubere Zimmer, der TV war defekt. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit."

"Convenient location out of city centre. Good size rooms,"

"Hotel muy correcto, que a pesar de no estar en el centro tiene muy buena combinación para llegar. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas aunque algo ruidosas por el paso del tren. "Nice good breakfast"

"find entrance to hotel was challenging...Who can suspect that will be not in grand floor? You need to take escalator to go through door of hotel. No any signs on the building that has grocery store on the bottom... No any neon ,some signs were far away from building(at least 20m). Free coffee 24h was appreciated but was sometimes lack"

"This is a wonderful hotel, with very kind and accommodating staff, an excellent restaurant and lovely pool facilities. The front desk staff, and wait staff at the restaurant really made this an enjoyable experience and we thank them very much. We highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff members were among the most helpful of those we have encountered in all our travels. This is about our fifth one time to say at this hotel. We have been coming here for more than a decade — each time we come to Vienna — we stay here."

"Bien dans l'ensemble. Joli hôtel, situé proche des transports et du Prater. La chambre est propre et confortable. Il manquerait cependant un petit frigo-minibar, et on regrette de ne pas avoir accès à la cuisine de l'étage (d'autant qu'il n'y a pas de room service)."
