Welcome to Salt Life Retreat,

You will have a relaxing getaway in our spacious 3 bedroom , 3 full bathroom waterfront home conveniently located at 360 Angler Bay Dr. in Hackberry, LA. The property is fully furnished and comfortably sleeps 6. The open floor plan boasts brand new living room furniture, stainless steel appliances ( including a dishwasher ) , quartz countertops, a large dining table and an open kitchen to cook your favorite meals. Utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender and all other necessary kitchen items are provided for your convenience. Linens also are provided as well as a washer/dryer in separate room of the home. The master bedroom has a queen bed, on suite bathroom, large closet and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and a flat screen TV. Our absolute favorite area of the the property is the large screened-in porch upstairs over looking the canal and Joe's Cove. We also have a large screened-in fishing cleaning area and another large screened-in area at the ground level for your fish fry or crawfish boil. You can park your boat against the bulkhead in the private canal or on the electric boat lift in the covered boathouse. The private canal provides easy access to Joe's Cove and the Ship Channel. The home also has a fenced-in yard, large concrete driveway to park multiple vehicles, boats and has a basketball goal ! Hackberry Fish Camp and Marina is just a short boat ride away for fuel and live bait. Our property is sure to provide great memories for your next fishing trip , couples retreat or family weekend getaway! Fishing guide referrals are available upon request. Home away from Home

This home was amazing … super clean ( and I clean VRBOs on Toledo Bend so I notice these things ) . It had absolutely everything we needed and more … loved the view and fishing .. even our dog Scrappy didn’t want to leave … he loved the fenced in yard and screened porch … I have to add the beds were so comfortable and it was great AC after a long day at the beach ….we will definitely be back

We absolutely loved this property. The location is great, water access for our boat was great! Had originally booked for 7 days, loved it so much I extended for an 8th day. Will definitely be back in the future.

Relaxing getaway

Our second time renting this property and we enjoyed it. Mr. Joe is friendly and accommodating. The camp was clean and had everything needed for a family fishing trip to include a boat slip and fish cleaning shed. We already look forward to renting this property again in a couple months. Highly recommend this camp!

Low tide may leave your boat stranded in the boat lift. We didnt take that into consideration and had to fish from the bank our first day.

Pristine camp!

Previous reviews were spot-on! This camp was clean and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. Our dog enjoyed playing in the fenced-in back yard and we enjoyed the outdoor living spaces. The boat shed and boat-lift were added bonuses!

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay

Very nice and relaxing place with great water accessibility. Browns market and dollar store close by. We were able to fish everyday of our stay. Caught over 300 fish, mind you these were not all fish to keep, but a verity of different species. We're able to catch a few bull reds as well. And also caught enough crab for a good boil. Looking forward to our next time here at this great place!

Very Nice House!

Beautiful house and spacious, the ice maker and water didn’t work, but that was ok for us…we brought our own water and ice. The outside grounds were beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Family and 1 friend little get away

The Lake house was very clean, neat and location was wonderful. The only one thing that needs to be seen about is the bathroom between the 2 bedrooms is some of the lights were burnt or didn’t work which is ok I thought the owner should know

Beautiful Camp

The property was very clean and the owners were acommidating. Access to the water, boat slip and fishing cleaning station were a plus. We will absolutely rent this camp again.
