Located on the 4th floor of a modern block with lift access, this brand new home has been curated with comfort and style in mind. The two bedrooms each feature plush queen-sized beds, soft linens, and a calming palette - the kind of space you’ll look forward to retreating to at the end of the day. Both bathrooms are clean-lined and modern, stocked with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for a hotel-level feel.



The heart of the apartment is the open-plan kitchen and living space, where you can cook, unwind, or catch up over a glass of wine. A Nespresso machine and fully equipped kitchen make mornings easy, while the Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi help you settle in after a day out. Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment during their stay - including both bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining area, laundry facilities, and the balcony. Entry is via a secure lockbox, so you can check in at your convenience, anytime after 4pm

The Neighborhood:

Gzira sits on the harbour strip between Sliema and Msida, facing Manoel Island across a narrow channel of flat water. It is one of the most walkable positions in Malta - not a resort area, but a working neighbourhood that happens to have one of the best waterfront promenades on the island.

The promenade runs directly outside the building. Follow it north for ten minutes and you are in Sliema’s main retail and restaurant strip. Follow it south and you reach the Msida marina and the University of Malta boathouse. The Valletta ferry terminal is a fifteen-minute walk; the crossing itself takes four minutes.

Within five minutes on foot: a Lidl and a SPAR for self-catering, a fish market on weekday mornings, and a concentration of Maltese and international restaurants along Triq Manwel Dimech. Gzira has become one of the better spots on the island for independent coffee - Noni, Gzira Garage, and Caffe Cordina’s local outpost are all within walking distance.

Balluta Bay in St Julian’s is a twenty-minute walk along the seafront. Valletta, a UNESCO World Heritage city and European Capital of Culture, is reachable by ferry, bus, or a thirty-minute walk along the coast road.

The area is well served by bus routes connecting to the airport (approximately 45 minutes), Mdina, and the south of the island. A taxi or eCabs transfer from the airport runs roughly €20-25.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​



Getting Around:

Malta is a small island - almost everywhere you would want to go is within 45 minutes of Gzira.

The Valletta ferry runs from the Sliema terminal, a fifteen-minute walk along the promenade. It crosses in four minutes and drops you at the lower end of the capital. For most guests it is the best way to visit Valletta - faster and more enjoyable than the bus, and no parking to think about.

The main bus terminus is in Valletta, which means most island routes pass through the capital first. Direct buses from Gzira reach Sliema, St Julian’s, Msida, and Birkirkara without a change. For Mdina, the Three Cities, the south coast beaches, and the airport, a change in Valletta is usually required. Journey times are longer than the distances suggest - factor 45 to 60 minutes for cross-island trips by bus.

eCabs, Uber and Bolt are the most reliable options for door-to-door travel. Both apps work well in Malta and fares are reasonable - St Julian’s is roughly €5, Valletta €8, the airport €20-25.

Driving is straightforward outside of rush hour. Parking directly on the promenade outside the building is free and usually available. For day trips to Gozo, the ferry departs from Cirkewwa in the north - approximately 40 minutes by car from Gzira - and runs frequently throughout the day.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
