    Evite las multitudes, la congestión, pelear por el estacionamiento y subir al elevador en todos esos condominios hacinados y sobrevaluados. Estancia en amarilla, nuestra Magnolia y casa de playa a la sombra-Live Oak.

    Ubicado en el corazón de Orange Beach, YellowFin tiene todo el encanto y la serenidad pacífica de la playa en una casa nueva y lujosa. En este plano de planta abierto, tendrá una cocina completa con una nevera de gran tamaño y todos los electrodomésticos que desee, un comedor, una gran sala con un televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición y tres cubiertas para asar, entretener o simplemente disfrutar este entorno tropical. Que sea su propio Margaritaville!

    La suite principal, ubicada en la planta principal, tiene otro HDTV de pantalla plana, y se une a una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora y un lujoso baño con ducha, bañera de jardín, y la vanidad doble. La habitación principal se abre a su propia, terraza privada.

    El segundo dormitorio con una cama queen, tiene TV por cable, y se encuentra en el segundo piso con vista a su propia terraza. Un segundo baño completo se encuentra entre el segundo y tercer dormitorio. El tercer dormitorio también tiene televisión por cable y tiene dos juegos de literas gemelas (4 camas).

    Dentro de dos bloques residenciales de nuestra casa, usted tendrá acceso a 3 parques y playas frente a la bahía limpias y tranquilas. Traiga su barco con usted! Puede utilizar nuestra lancha privada y cerrada (y el puerto deportivo (con el uso de nuestra boleta de barco disponible a pedido sin cargo adicional) que desemboca en Bay La Launch (la ICW), a solo unos pasos de nuestra casa. Sólo dos cuadras en la otra dirección, tendrá uso de una piscina olímpica y los hijos de (climatizada en invierno) con trampolín y tobogán, un centro de acondicionamiento físico total, canchas de tenis iluminadas, gimnasio con canchas de baloncesto, sala de juegos con billar, ping pong y hockey de aire, y un parque infantil, todo por un precio nominal de $ 5 por día pagado a la instalación si / cuando utilizan. Si la piscina es todo lo que desea, hay un pase de descuento de temporada disponible, que brinda 15 visitas a la piscina por $ 30.

Comfortable convenient OB retreat!

Yellowfin never disappoints! Our favorite home away from home. This location is close to the best restaurants and is so relaxing and peaceful! We look forward to returning to this beautiful Orange Beach property.

Perfect getaway!

This home was just right for our 3 day weekend. Quiet neighborhood, close enough to the water for our boat, could bring our fur babies, close to restaurants, great price, quick responses and easy communication with owner. Will stay again!

We spent a full month at YellowFin to escape winter. It was our second time staying there. The house is spacious, very comfortable and well furnished. We both work remotely and the wifi worked great for us. We brought our dog, so the large yard to walk her around in was really nice. The house is in an established neighborhood and close to all our favorite restaurants in Orange Beach. It’s walking distance to the beautiful bay. Highly recommend!

Nice house, clean and as advertised. Super convenient if you are bringing a boat. Ramp and dock are right around the corner which is great. Would definitely stay again.

First Snowbird Experience

We can’t say enough about this home. It was absolutely perfect. We had family visit during our stay. The home is laid out perfectly for our family and the kitchen was well stocked. We stayed here for a month and that wasn’t enough time. The location is ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Absolutely Awesome!

This by far surpassed my expectations! Gorgeous scenery, fast access to the bay, slept like a baby. Everyone loved it. Not one bad thing to say about this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at YellowFin. We’ve been traveling to OBA multiple times a year for the last 22 years, and I can honestly say that this was the “homiest” rental yet. The kitchen is well stocked with great quality cookware/dinnerware. The neighborhood is quiet (great for after dinner walks) the neighbors are so kind and the location is wonderful. Tucked away enough to be out of the chaos but close enough to shopppng, eating or beaching within 5-10 mins. If you’re traveling with pets, there’s the cutest dog park a block or 2 from the house. Would highly recommend and plan to keep this one on our list of favorites for future trips.

Excellent Gulf Coast family Christmas!

The Yellowfin was a great location and a quintessential beach house. It was very clean and spacious, accurate to the photos included in the listing. Communication with the host was great and the overall experience was very smooth and pleasant. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

In our experience, which is becoming quite extensive, 99.9% of the time the pictures look better than the actual house. In this instance, the pics cannot do it justice. We would 100% recommend this property to any and all family and friends. It was perfect. It is an elevated house so the entrance is a full staircase. Probably not ideal for people with problems climbing stairs.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We truly had an amazing time and enjoyed the house and amenities immensely! The house was comfortable, clean, in a great quiet neighborhood, and close to restaurants and activities.
