The Palms 716 is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bath west-corner condo offering panoramic Gulf-front views from the 7th floor. This spacious coastal retreat provides exceptional comfort and some of the best vistas in Orange Beach.

• Balcony access is from the living room and all bedrooms

• Vinyl plank flooring is in the bedrooms and the living room, with tile flooring throughout the rest of the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your home-away-from-home; the dining table seats six and there are two barstools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Living area has a sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom features two twin-size beds

• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed

• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

• The Palms enforces a firm No Pets policy and is a completely non-smoking building, including balconies and all common areas

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

One of my must haves for beach vacations is a large balcony, facing the beach, with lounge chairs (or comfy furniture) and unobstructed east and west views. The Palms 716 checked all of those boxes and, despite temps and wind making it too cold to enjoy time on the beach, we were able to enjoy relaxing beachfront lounging on the wonderful balcony everyday. The unit is large and the floorplan enables guests to enjoy privacy from one another yet also have plenty of space to gather together. The location can’t be beat with regards to convenience to restaurants, shops or a day trip over to Pensacola for the day. We will definitely be back to this unit again in the future.

Great condo, loved the views from the large balcony & how every bedroom had access to the balcony. Easy access to the beach, nice outdoor & indoor pool! The place was clean and comfy. The negative for this unit was that the washing machine knob was broken. We enjoyed our stay!

Love the location of the condo and the corner unit is great, with all the windows and sliding doors. Our only negative issues with a burnt smell coming from the microwave that we could never get rid of. I believe the precious renters must have burned something in the microwave. However, we we love to stay in this unit again. Would love to know how we can do that.

Beautiful place

We enjoyed the condo, it was beautiful! We came back about the 3rd night night and had water in the kitchen leaking from somewhere, we messaged the manager and she quickly called me and got us moved to another condo at a different location because the work they had to do would be loud. The new condo was a bit of an upgrade so that was nice it was a hassle to move all of our stuff but it's not something they could have helped and we only had two nights left. All and all it was great

Great Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in 716 west. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. Great views. I am an early bird so I was up early every morning for a sunrise walk on the beach which is only a few steps away we took advantage of a few of the discounts that was offered for our stay. All in all a positive experience we will take advantage of again.

Disappointed

Immediately before arriving we were informed one if the bathrooms had a cracked tub/shower and could not be fixed or used. We paid dearly for 3 bedrooms and 3 baths for my family and no compensation was offered. We made due with significant inconvenience and enjoyed our annual family beach trip in spite of this but cannot recommend this property or this management company. Property very outdated and in need of renovation.

The Palms

Water leaked into kitchen from condo above. Had to mop up mess. Called property manager and dryers were placed in our unit to dry the walls because they were wet. Next night water dripped into air conditioner closet. Flooded it. Property manager was nice. I believe this water issue has been an ongoing. Unit was not real clean and it is run down. Bed linens were nice. I would not stay there again. There were issues with the elevators not working. They did give us a free dolphin tour pass for our troubles.
