This condo is perfect for your next beachfront vacation, with clear views of the Gulf from the balcony and nearby beach access. You will have access to an indoor pool, sauna, and six outdoor pools on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds. The open living and dining area are perfect for family time while each bedroom offers a unique and cozy atmosphere. There is also a cable TV for unwinding at night.

This condo is a short walk from the sugar-sand beach, where you can enjoy activities like sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, and more! There are a number of restaurants and shops nearby, as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Ice maker not working, sewer smell from kitchen sink, windows dirty, door blinds stuck,beds uncomfortable.Was nice facilities and amenities but did not like paying for parking.Probably will not return.

Great reasonable place to stay!

The condo itself is a bit dated, but clean and property management is quick to respond! Lovely location, quiet, great pools and hot tubs. Parking easy and lot is close to the building. Restaurant on the property has great food. Beach was GREAT!! We will stay again!!

Girls’ Beach Trip

This is a great condo for a beach trip, clean and easy to check in! Great views of the ocean from the balcony. The only issue was not enough silverware or cooking utensils in the kitchen.

Loads of Potential

There's loads of Potential in this condo. It could use a good deep clean (baseboards, air filters, towel racks, cleaning the walls, etc). There was a bag of dirty laundry left in our room from the cleaners. It took them 2 days and multiple conversations to pick up the bag. Also the kitchen could use more Silverwear and glasses. We drank our milk from wine glasses and coffee cups. Loved the layout and location.

Girls' Beach Trip

The property was great! It was just as described and perfect for three adults (could have fit more). It was clean and comfortable - perfect location for the beach. The only things we could mention is - additional cover/blankets would be nice and the electrical outlets seemed to be "loose" and did not hold plug-ins well. However, these things did not impact our stay and we would stay there again - highly recommend.

Beach condo

Great location to the beach and nice condo. The overall stay was good except for a couple of things. The sheets for the master bed were too small and when trying to fix them, we found that the mattress was stained and we found hair on it. Gross. Also, we were only provided one towel and washcloth, per person, for 4 days stay. When we called to request more, we were finally provided a bag of towels, but no washcloths.

Didn’t feel clean

There was a dirty wash rag covered in hair hanging from the shower in master bath and a dirty towel hanging on the door. This really grossed us out I messaged Vacasa and they sent housekeeping the next day to clean the bathroom. I slept in the twin bed in the 2nd bedroom and smelled urine all night. Condo looks clean but these problem areas make me feel differently. The view, location and amenities are great but I would not book this condo again

Deferred maintenance

Poor response to requests for repairs needed in the condo. Took 14 days for response to maintenance requests. Two days before we were to leave a maintenance person arrived. Problem with toilets, broken blinds, two lamps broken & sink in bathroom dripping.

Loved the location.

We really enjoyed the view from our condo. The short walk to the beach was nice, as were the pools. A short drive into town makes things easy to get to, but keeps the beach from being crowded.

no instructions on what to do on arrival. gate attendant and other guest were only help on how to get to and in the room after a 7 hour drive. had to call to finally get code to get in the room,about 30 min.wait. no instruction about ck out thanks great for a great over priced vacation. room was ok when i was finally allowed in.

Okay, could have been cleaner

Nice location if you don’t want to stay in the hustle and bustle. The rooms could have been cleaner: needs lots of dusting and there was sand on the couch. Beds were okay, not as soft as I like but sleepable. Kids enjoyed indoor pool better than outdoor as it was bigger. Condo has a great view of the outdoor pools and beach. We enjoyed Fort Morgan historical site , ferry ride, and the Track/arcade. Restaurants I would recommend are Tacky Jacks and Doc’s Seafood. We also ate on Dauphen Island at a Pirates bar and grill that had an amazing view of the ocean. The waves were rougher than other beaches we have been to while we were there which made me nervous. Overall, decent vacation.

Quiet and clean place.

Loved the view of the Gulf. The condo was very clean and ready for us. Loved the indoor and outdoor hottubs and swimming pools The only downside to this condo is little storage space in the kitchen for groceries and the distance back to the stores.
