Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. I overlooked this condo last year and decided to take a chance this year. Definitely glad I did! I loved having the extra windows and cross breeze on the balcony. Everything was clean and, for a small space, seemed roomy enough for two. While there I had a couple of minor issues and each time the host was fast to respond and resolve them. There were a few negatives but they did not detract from my enjoyment. The sitting area has a sofa but no chair. The lighting in this area was quite low after dark. And the smoke alarm activated every time I showered no matter what I did. I’m not sure if the host or the housekeeping staff left him, but the little Jesus was a great touch! If this condo is available for my next trip, I will definitely be back.

Condo pictures were deceptive. Condo was very small. Furniture was missing, no kitchen counter space for food prep, we had to eat out. Found several small roaches. No place to hang your clothes. The view from the balcony was great.

The worst place I’ve ever rented. I was killing German roaches as soon as I walked in the condo (I contacted guest services day one of being there and they stated they would get this taken care of asap, we never heard back or seen anyone and we were there 3 nights), stove worked properly when it wanted to, we spent a few hours at urgent care getting a large piece of metal out of my guest foot where he picked it up on the sidewalk as he was stepping off the steps of the condo into the parking lot, you had to hold the toilet handle down for it to completely flush. I will never stay in this particular building again. We’ve stayed at the plantation a few times and never had any other issues before.

Great View of the Gulf

The view is phenomenal! That's the main reason that we booked this room. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor balcony and taking in the unobstructed view of the beach, gulf and wildlife (bunnies!) As mentioned in other reviews, the condo could use some TLC. Nothing that a trip to Home Depot and a day's work couldn't sort out. But, the place was generally clean, comfortable and convenient. We'll be back again.

Great view. Nice clean complex.Bedding was NOT comfortable

Our stay was good except for the beds.very family friendly beach and pools. Great view of the gulf.Only complaint is the bedding. The bunk beds were thin worn mattress on plywood.We give up the queen bed to sleep on the sleeper sofa because it was more comfortable.

Okay..

We definitely didn’t love our experience. Upon arrival the toilet was clogged, my husband worked on it for awhile, but it struggled to flush the whole trip. We found 2 live roaches in the bedroom, and we also caught a frog in the living room. The front door needs to be replaced, my husband placed paper towels in the bottom corner of the door since we figured that’s how everything was getting in. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, which was a huge inconvenience with 4 daughters getting ready for beach pictures. The shower curtain REALLY needs to be replaced, there was black mold all along the top. As the other reviews stated, the mattress is completely horrible. It desperately needs to be replaced. I realize at anytime we could have called in and complained, but we are a big family with 4 young kids, I didn’t want to spend my time calling and complaining about things that won’t be fixed in the moment anyway. I will say, all appliances are new and worked fabulous and it seemed clean (aside from the roaches & mold in bathroom).

Short Getaway for Weekend

Place was clean and facing the beach which was really nice. It could use some updating though as the shower head is made for a 5'8" person, the appliances were rusting and the bed was soft but had both of us rolling to the middle of the bed. Over all it was a nice experience.

Loved the views of this room, nice an quiet, sunrise in bedroom window sunset on balcony. Elevators always handy. Not far to drive for restaurants, etc and the fort area was a cool place to look around. Comfy sheets and tons of towels
