Steps to the Water! Beach Side...2 Bedroom/Sleeps 6, Free WIFI

This is the perfect condo on a sugar white sandy beach for your family to enjoy and remember for years to come. Owner has painted the entire condo and renovated the entire kitchen and bathroom, replacing all appliances, flooring and living room furniture. Only 2 cars allowed. It is on the second floor so guest must be able to climb 2 flights of stairs.

There are two bedrooms, a living/dining bar/kitchen area plus one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a dresser, a TV and a large closet. The second bedroom is equipped with a twin over full bunk, with storage underneath, a dresser, a chair, a TV and a large closet. All beds are made with crisp white linen and there's a set for the sleeper sofa, too. An adequate supply of bath linens are clean and ready, just bring your beach towels so the bath linen is preserved.

The kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The new oven is equipped with an AIR FRYER! The new fridge is equipped with a water/ice dispenser in the door. Please bring your food, drinks & paper goods. You will find a "one day" supply of basic toiletries and products. The condo is equipped with a Smart TV, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. There is no elevator and no washer/dryer, but there are laundry mats in the area.

CAMERAS ARE IN USE IN THE COMMON AREAS (Not inside the condo). NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO OVERSIZED VEHICLES, MUST BE 25 to book and must be present.

Arrived to condo and saw it was under construction. Had to get one of the construction workers to move his truck from our designated parking space. Nowhere in the description was there any mention of construction. Room was fine. Unable to get to the beach without walking through the construction area. Construction loudly began at 8am every morning. Emailed and called the realtor to ask for compensation since we were not made aware of the construction before hand but she never responded.

The unit was ok. It was not suitable for a 7 day stay for 5. 2 bedrooms 1 bath. Seating for 3 fo meals. Bureaus in front room tipped when opened. Bunk bed step &rail were broken. Dresser main leg broken. No laundry in unit or onsite. Construction on site made beach shower unusable.

Small space with easy beach access

We enjoyed our stay at this small condo! Has everything you need for your stay with the exception of washer/dryer. Beach access is just steps away and not too crowded even on the weekend.

Anywhere, but here

We were beyond disappointed with our choice to stay in this condo. The listing made it seem perfect; however that was NOT the case. Where to even begin… We arrived and the condo was disgusting. My 1 year old twins had been on the ground for under 10 minutes and were covered in black dirt all over. The sheets on the bunk beds had old blood stains, food crumbs, and sand all over them. The bunk beds are also falling apart and a huge safety hazard. We contacted the cleaning number, they said they would contact us to let us know when someone would be coming. They never contacted us. Instead they sent someone the next day while we were at the beach… we arrived to a man waiting outside the condo with a mop and a vacuum, but no new sheets. We ended up mopping the floor ourselves and I wish I could upload pictures. I don’t think the floors had ever been cleaned. Our 5 year old locked the bathroom door and could not get it unlocked. The type of lock on the door requires a flat key that was not provided. We contacted maintenance, to which they would not answer or respond to texts. After telling them my husband went 25 minutes to Lowe’s and purchased the door handle so we could have the key, they finally responded and wanted to argue about how a key was not required. There are SO many options to stay at in this area… please save yourself and do not book here.

Quiet and close to town

We loved the location of the place. It was a short drive to town and across the street from a restaurant, ice cream shop and small grocery store. Tacos at the restaurant were delicious! This location is perfect if you wish to just enjoy the property all day- you can enjoy a day at the beach, have dinner across the street and then head back to the beach for a sunset. We were here during spring break and glad to be away from the crowds. We had some rainy and cool days, so we did some exploring of the area. Short drive to Florida. Nature center nearby, Segway tours, and more. Access to the lagoon and public beach with lots of shells also a short drive away, or a long walk for those that are able. Would absolutely return to this spot if returning to GS.

Valentines Day getaway

Great stay…a few more stairs than we were anticipating but we managed. Listing said there would be more keys in the apartment. We never found them if there were. Had some difficulty getting connected with the Wi-Fi, and emailed the landlord, but no response. Finally figured it out… so no big deal. The location was very fun. Saw dolphins on our last day there from the porch. A good get away place! Clean and easy to access. Mattresses were softer than we are used to but it worked. All in all we would do it again!!!

Perfect time

My husband and I took our trip here and we had such a great time. The property was clean, in an incredible area with places that were walkable and also about a 20min drive from most places which wasn't bad this time of year. I absolutely loved the place, the management was quick to respond, and I will definitely be recommending it to family and friends! Thank you!!!

Perfect location

Perfect type of condo for being right on the beach. Stunning sunrise and fun after dark crab searching. Walking distance to restaurants and convient store across the street and short drive to activities. Will be coming back in the future.
