"Welcome to Ocean House 1701 in the heart of Gulf Shores on West Beach Blvd. This large 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is the ideal spot for a family vacation. Notably, it features two master suites, both with balcony access. The king master suite with lagoon views and an attached bath and the gulf front master suite with balcony views and a Jack and Jill bath provide exceptional comfort and convenience. The third bedroom has two twin beds with an attached bath, ensuring a relaxing retreat for the whole family.

The complex offers a heated pool, adding to the amenities for guests' enjoyment. For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. Reservations made after October 1st vary between three or seven nights based on unit specifications.

Parking passes,
Are obtained onsite, are valid for 7 days. If the reservation extends beyond 7 days, an additional parking pass is required to be purchased onsite (maximum of 2).
Linens and towels are provided, though guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of essential items. One roll of tissue, paper towels, and trash bags.

Professionally managed by Poole & Associates,
the property policies specify a minimum rental age of 25, require a photo ID at check-in, and enforce a no smoking and no pets rule. For monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February, please inquire via phone."

The place was really clean and right on the beach. Great place for a family to stay. Kitchen fully equipped with dishes and everything you need. The front bedroom was bright all night long from the outside lights and needs blackout curtains. Also, until we arrived, we didn't know there is a fee for a parking pass.

Excellent location

This is an excellent location! It isn't updates, but it was clean. The balcony is a perfect level to watch sunrises, beach storms, and the waves. You will have easy pool/beach access is perfect for all travelers. You do need to pack spices, trash bags (only one provided), and other basics.

Nice view could use some updating

Every bedroom needs blackout shades. Lights from condo next door shine in all night long. Bathroom need tlc-peeling sink, rusty. Quick fixes would go along way. But had a nice stay overall.

Quick Beach Trip

Older unit but perfect for our needs. Very roomy, and slept 5 perfectly. 3 bathrooms also a big help. Never a problem parking and Elevator was very fast. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Last Minute Trip

Location is good, pool & beach access are great! Management company was easy to work with. Needs a deep clean & a new coat of paint. It needs to be updated overall but everything works! Cleaning could use some improvement - excessive sand on the poolside balcony, hair & sand in drawers, makeup on the shower curtain. Only one elevator for the building but it moves pretty quickly. It is a bit crazy during check-in time - the 3-5 window is not enough time.

Family Vacation

Great location!! Condo was spacious and fit our needs. Only a couple things could use some improvement....the dryer does not dry very well at all even with very few towels in a load. That becomes an issue when you have 8 people using bath towels and beach towels and having to use a key instead of a keyless entry is very inconvenient. If not changed then the lock needs changed it is very hard to get to work. Overall a great family place to stay!!

Great Vacay Condo!!

This is a great condo for a family! It is right on the beach and has a large pool. You can rent chairs/umbrellas or bring your own for the beach. Sit on the large back balcony in the evening and enjoy listening to the waves or the front balcony off the master to watch the sunset. Great end unit with lots of windows!! We had a great time!

Friends vacation no kids!

Absolutely amazing! View was to die for on the balcony and 20 feet out, I was sitting under my umbrella on the beach. Kitchen had everything plus big pots for fresh shrimp. Lots of space if you did wanna take your littles. 3 bathrooms definitely a plus if we had kids with us. Master bathroom an bedroom were super big! Only thing I would add is blackout curtains for the one window in the master bedroom. Great place to stay!
