Short but sweet stay

This location is excellent! The communication through Vrbo was slow but through VACASA was immediate. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Suggestion: add a permanent coffee filter and a 2nd balcony chair!

Condo from hell!!

Not as advertised. BUGS! Old. food encrusted, stained dated and broken furniture. Uneven gapped floors. Worn filthy carpets and frayed rug. Broken flush, shower, door lock, ice maker, no screens for ventilation. Second bathroom tub has no support under it and flush makes horrible whiney noise when flushed. Etc., etc., etc.

We loved how secluded it was away from everything. It was very nice and relaxing. Would definitely go back there again. Definitely needs bigger frying pans.

Very nice experience

Right on the beach. Pretty much exactly as described in the advertisement. Clean. If you want to be close to shopping, activities then this is probably not your best choice... but... if, like us you were looking for a good, secure, clean location near the beach where you could walk and enjoy the fresh air and waves - then this is the place. Even though the weather had the swimming in the Gulf off-limits, there are several very nice, large, clean pools. Also - we found the Sassy Bass grill (located about 250 feet from the condos) to be an awesome, 'beachy'-vibe place to get some outstanding food at very reasonable prices. We had zero bad experience in our dining there... it was ALL good! All in all we got a great place to stay at very reasonable rates in a secure (active security on site) area. We will be back.

Nice for the price

Great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo for a 1 week stay at a great price. Convenient parking and ramp for rolling luggage. Companion had mild allergy issue but not me. Could have been foggy weather related? Heat and air conditioning worked well, comfy beds, nice hot water for showers, coffee pot worked well. Overall worth the money paid.

Fine to have access to beach, pools, and hot tubs

The parking lot is in horrible condition. Pot holes everywhere. They are working on it so be prepared to be woken up by construction noises. The beds are pretty hard and not that comfortable. The guest bedroom window is literally right beside the luggage cart storage and elevator so be prepared for that noise- which is very loud when you're trying to sleep. The noise level all around was disturbing- extremely thin walls. We could hear people every time they walked on the floor above us. The stove is horrible to try to cook on. The eyes are very uneven, but we made it work. Thankfully we only cooked scrambled eggs one morning. The beach and beach access were great. The pool was very nice. The dome room with its provisions was nice as well. Compared to other places this was cheaper to rent so if it wasn't for that I would've been more upset with the actual room. Since we got a good rate, I chalk it up to- you get what you paid for.

It is VERY outdated, terrible smell, not very well cleaned.

I would not recommend this unit at all. It is very outdated...looks like nothing has been done since the 80s. When we arrived it had not been cleaned well at all. There was a terrible smell. We had to buy air fresheners to sit out in every room. There were also roaches. No sheets for the pull out couch. I could go on and on.

Enjoyed the pool and the beach during our stay! The accommodations were as discribed. It is a 20 minute drive to grocery store and most restaurants/shopping!

Clean and convenient!

Beds could be a little more comfortable, but overall a great little condo with great location to the beach and indoor pool. Loved having the 24 hour security on duty. Also had an issue with the DVD player only showing up in black and white. I contacted Laura's vacation rentals and they sent someone out immediately to fix it, in a rainstorm, late at night! Great customer service if you ask me!
