Our Unit 1518, on the top floor located on the “preferred” west side with morning sun is a New Rental to Phoenix on the Bay. Outstanding Panoramic View of the Bay and Ocean, this two bedroom is beautiful as it is decorated to “The Nines!” Because our unit wasn't a rental unit, the furnishings are not typical of a condo rental.
The living room is bright and spacious with hard wood floors, a beautiful grey queen couch w/pullout sofa bed, leather recliner and designer chair with an area rug, coupled with a dedicated clear ice maker and wet bar, entertainment center and 65 inch Samsung Smart TV, blue ray player and fireplace (can used with heat or no heat). The dining area has Cain Back chairs and round wooden table with designer chandelier.
The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, Corian counter tops, flat stove top and tile floors, a Keurig and regular coffer maker, crockpot and all cookware you my ever need!
We use only premium linen: white on white satin sheets stripe and bath towels and hand towels are upgraded to 27 X 54 /17 lb. and 16 X 30/4.5 lb weight for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom has hard wood floors, king size bed, 55 inch Samsung TV with its own wall fireplace (w heat or w/o heat) and plantation shutters. There is plenty of dresser draw space and storage. The bathroom has a jetted Jacuzzi, make-up mirror and hair dryer for your stay here.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV with hard wood floors and plantation shutters. We also provide bean bag chairs for the kids, a Kids Travel Bed set that sleeps one and portable crib. Unlike most other 2 Bedroom floor plans, the second bathroom has it's own entry from the hallway as well as in the second bedroom.
Our unit comes with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
You will love our balcony where you have a sensational panoramic view of Phoenix on the Bay and the ocean. The outdoor lounge chair for two, plus additional chair, chase lounge and table that seats four.
