The room was nice.

I had a good time. Some dishes need replaced as had chips in them. Microwave front cover plate kept falling off when we opened the microwave, scared me but it worked fine. The bedrooms were very nice Overall, head a great time. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

It was a nice stay although a little over priced. It would have been nice to have a little more extra soap for dishes and such. Also ran out of toilet paper and there wasn't any extra in the condo. The view was great!

Carpet was VERY stained and felt very dirty. We kept our shoes on while inside. Location was good. Pool and hot tub very small.

At first, it was great then.....roaches!

We were happy and excited when we saw our room, view and the hotel amenities and the pools. It was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids, ages 8 & 13. You could tell that the hotel wasn't 5 Star quality based on the towels and accessories, but it was definitely nice. The first bug experience was when we first walked into the master bathroom late Friday evening and there was a "silver fish" by the tub. We didn't fret too much, we just squished the thing and moved on. We had a great Saturday and Sunday morning, in which we used the kitchen more. We came in about 9 p.m. on Sunday, turned on the kitchen lights.....there were roaches every where! We immediately freaked and called the hotel after-hours line. The lady on the other end didn't seem too concerned, but she said she would contact someone. By about 11:30, the maintenance man had called and said he would use his "Home Depot Remedy." The roaches didn't go away. By the time the maintenance guy had left, it was near 12:30-1:00 a.m. I managed to calm down, lay down for a few after packing and we left within the next few hours. To top it all off, the fire alarm started sounding in our condo at 4:30, 5, and 5:30 for no good reason. The worst disappointment was the Kaiser, Wyndham staff who is handling the complaint. Poor, defensive attitudes. We weren't even offered a full refund, although we left almost 2 days early on a 4 day trip. The manager argued over refunding "resort" fees that the resort charged, not Expedia.

Big rooms.

I rented a two bedroom condo, but we had 3 rooms. It was clean and had all we needed. The wifi was easy to connect, so I watched movies after a day out. Nice place!

Mini vacation

We had a good time. It was decorated nice and clean. Loved the space of the condo! Kids had there own room, Grandma had hers. View was good. Good location! Suds n Sea Restaurant was right below us and very easy access to the beach and not pricy, good food. We will go back! Only downfalls, the room kept dialing 911 and it wasn't the kids. Happened at 3 am and 5:30 am. But when I called the front desk where we checked in they sent someone right away to fix the phone. It was just very odd to have the police show up 3 times! One of the elevators kept getting stuck on floor 9, which wasn't very comforting!The ice machine on fridge was frozen up but no big deal. It did spoil us into wanting a condo from now on rather than a hotel, because it is just more convenient having the full kitchen, so you don't eat out a lot and it was more comfy! It is very big, but you still feel homey once you get into your room, because the condo is pretty big. We had a three bedroom with two king beds, and the kids had bunk beds.

Great Spring Break

The condo was clean and well maintained. The only thing I did not like was being on the 18th floors. It is in an excellent location in Gulf Shores with very easy and close access to the beach. The pool is small and the jacuzzi is not hot, so if you are planning to spend your time at the pool, this is not the place for you!

Awesome stay at the beach.

Easy to find. 15th floor was beautiful view. Very close walking distance to the local Shrimp Festival. Beautiful white sand beach so close to the room. Clean. Quiet. So very enjoyable. Would love to return.

The view was fantastic and the location was great. I enjoyed the ocean view and the easy access to the beach. The room was clean and had a very homey feel but did not smell very fresh.

We booked this condo for a long weekend, due to my daughters gymnastics meet. We had a great stay, it wasn't too crowded. We loved sitting on the balcony and have coffee and watch the dolphins and sting rays play....overall wonderful place to stay!

awesome condo, very nice private beach

we stayed in the 3 bedroom condo.my husband and myself,my sister and my mother.was very spacious.the only issue was the 3rd bedroom is a bunkbed and a very small room which would be nice for children or young adults. the condo is on the beach it does not have a swimming pool only a pool for children.overall great value for the price and location.very satisfied with our stay

Rude service, great location!!!

This condominuim is in a very good location. Tons of great restaurants and attractions nearby. Beach front and easy access to the beach. The only problems I have with this condo is that there are only two elevators for the entire condo. The elevator waits are forever long. We stayed Sunday-Thursday and Wednesday around lunch one of the elevators shut down because people held the door open too long. When we left Thursday at ten o'clock it still wasn't fixed. Therefore there was ONE elevator for the entire condo! Awful!!!! There's almost 400 rooms and two elevators! Not to mention you can't use the hot tub because people from the hotel across the street stay in it all the time! We asked the security guard to ask them to leve nd he didn't care. Horrible service! If ur just looking for somewhere to lay your head it's good. If u want leisure and accessibility it's awful!

Perfect Location!

This was the perfect condo for our family.  On the days when we just wanted to hang out at the beach, all we had to do was go down the elevator and step outside of our condo.  For the days when we wanted to go on an excursion we were centrally located to several attractions.  All we had to do was drive a few miles one way to the dolphin cruises, or a few miles the other way to visit the alligator farm.  We were also within walking distance or even a few minutes drive to a wide variety of restaurants that were all family friendly. The amenities inside the condo were great as well.  We went grocery shopping our first day and stocked our kitchen with breakfast and lunch items.  We had all of the dishes & utensils that we needed.  Between playing at the beach, we would go up to the condo and eat out on the terrace and watch the waves roll in. I also loved how the laundry room was roomy and separate from everything else.  It was the perfect dumping ground for all of our beach items so that we did not track sand all over the condo. The only reason I held back on giving all 5 stars is because our last night of our trip was a very different experience from the rest of the week.  There was a big music festival that was beginning our last day in town.  The amount of people partying, drinking and littering the property and beach was astounding.  Our condo was right next to the elevator, which hadn't posed a problem all week.  But all of the drunks waiting for the elevator at midnight woke up our 4 yr old because it was right outside her bedroom window.  We ended up having to put her on the sleeper sofa in the living room to get her as far away from the noise as possible.  I don't blame the condo for this, as I'm sure the situation was the same for pretty much every condo in town.  I would just recommend checking out the local events before you book your trip if you're looking for a quiet relaxing vacation with young children.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was right on the beach. The condo was very comfortable and well cared for. We definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay

My family enjoyed our stay at Seawind. The condo was nicely furnished with comfortable beds and up to date granite and stainless steel appliances. It was walking distance from several restaurants and shops, including one restaurant on site that was very reasonably priced. The beach access was great, and lifeguards and police patrols were visible on the beach several times a day to ensure guest safety. Plenty of amenities available for guests including volleyball courts, exercise rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, etc...We had a great time; the only downside we found was the complex only has two elevators to service numerous guests. Certain times of the day required a wait for the elevator; however, we didn't find that enough of an annoyance not to stay there again. We will definitely stay there when we go back.
