☀ Pool is open year round and is heated. Additional charge of $200 per day required to heat the pool from December 1st thru February 28th. The pool has a gas heater and is set at 88 degrees when being heated. Please note that although 88 degrees is warm, it is not hot tub temperatures (99-102 degrees).

☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.
