Beachfront Condo just a quick walk on the boardwalk to the sandy beach!

Phoenix East Unit 610-The Seahorse Retreat-New Flooring through out and new bathroom vanities with granite countertops!
Master with king bed, guest bedroom with 2 double beds. Balcony is equipped with dining seating and lounge seating with views of kids splash area, outdoor pool and beach. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you should need. TV’s in both bedrooms and in living room.

Keyless entry let’s you get your vacation started quickly. Parking passes are required and purchased via email prior to arrival and ready to pick up at the front desk for $55/vehicle per length of stay with 2 pass max. When you pick up your parking pass you can also pick up wristbands for the pool area, no fee and one per guest required. Unit is on the 6th floor. There are 3 elevators for the building.

A great home away from home

This property really was like a home away from home for our family of 5 to stay in! The owners thought of many things to make our stay comfortable—extra throws, blankets, beach towels and chairs to a well-stocked kitchen that allowed me to cook a meal for extended family. Owners were responsive when we messaged about anything so I would highly recommend. Staff at the condo were helpful and it was nice having three elevators to reach our room. The condo was well built as we did not hear a lot of outside noise from the beach. Would definitely stay here if our travels take us to Orange Beach again. The condo was very clean and beautifully maintained.

Great relaxing stay!

The condo was perfect and our host was very accommodating in every aspect from our booking to our departure. The property is in a perfect location and between the pool, splash pad and beach, the kids had just the right amount of water activities to keep them engaged.

Excellent Beach Getaway

Our family of four recently stayed at the seahorse resort. It was everything we needed and more. The kids enjoyed having the bigger beds and their own bathroom, TV, and ample storage space. The bed in the primary room was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed laying and watching the waves through the balcony doors, which were nice to have both in the bedroom and the living room. Everything we needed to cook a few meals was available, we only needed our groceries. If you’re staying here and need coffee, it’s likely you don’t need coffee filters or some of the other essentials, be sure to look around before you buy! We will absolutely book this condo again if it is available when we travel to Orange Beach!

Great vacation

The property was just like in the pictures. It was very well organized. The kitchen was really well equipped. I loved the art pieces and pictures. We spent some of our time relaxing on the lani. The condo was set up for relaxing. We had a great time.

We love staying at the Phoenix East next to the rocks. Always relaxing and not overcrowded. Condo was nice and clean! Having multiple pool options and the splash pad is always a plus for the kiddos!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This condo was exactly as expected. Very clean and functional. The owner even provided us with a high chair and a pack n play for our youngest!!! The property has a cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels which were very useful! No need to pack your own. Great experience, highly recommend.

Highly recommend this condo!

This is the perfect place to escape to. The condo is beautifully decorated, has all of the amenities. From beach chairs, beach towels, extra blankets, and all of the little touches. Owner was extremely easy to contact and fast to respond to pre-check-in questions. The resort itself has also thought of the smaller details including restrooms by the pool, an air hose for inflatables, and drink/snack machines. Plenty of luggage and shopping carts available to bring items in and out of condo. Well done!

Fantastic family beach trip

My family had a great time at this condo. The rooms were great size and the kids had thier own bathroom. The furniture was comfortable and great for family time. The porch furniture was comfortable and great for watching the sunset and my teenagers on the beach. We will stay here again.

Amazing place!

We had a great time here and loved the ocean view. The condo had everything we needed for dishes and appliances, as well as beach chairs! Great location as well, away from most of the busy-ness of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

Perfect place!

It was so nice and clean and alot of extras. Really lovely place to stay! Loved her decor. Whole place just made you feel better. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go!
