  • ¡Bienvenido a Gulf Shores Plantation, el complejo perfecto para toda la familia! Aquí encontrarás tu propio pequeño paraíso. Hay una caseta de guardia en la entrada donde obtendrá sus pases de estacionamiento y cualquier otra información sobre el complejo. Este complejo privado cuenta con canchas de tenis, voleibol, putting green, canchas de baloncesto, tejo, piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, varias áreas de parrilla y una cafetería que ofrece café Starbucks. Disfrutarás de playas privadas, blancas como el azúcar, dunas de arena naturales y hermosos paisajes. ¡Hay actividades disponibles para todas las edades y perfectas para escapadas familiares! El club de golf Kiva Dunes y el impresionante restaurante Kiva Dunes están al lado, a poca distancia a pie. Además, ¡estás a solo 15 minutos en auto de todas las grandes atracciones que Gulf Shores tiene para ofrecer!

    Cuando llegue, apreciará el condominio de la planta baja con una vista parcial del Golfo, así como una excelente vista de la piscina. El dormitorio principal tiene un colchón extra grande con pillow-top, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen y una cama completa para dormir cuatro invitados adicionales. La sala de estar tiene un increíble sofá cama Serta y se ve muy bien con la decoración bien equipada. ¡La cocina está bien equipada y tiene todo lo que necesita para preparar esa excelente comida familiar! Hay instalaciones de lavandería en el lugar para su conveniencia.

    Cualquier reserva realizada antes del 1 de octubre para la temporada de invierno (enero y febrero) requiere un mínimo de 60 días (dos meses). We greatly enjoyed our stay!! The property was exactly as described and even closer distance to the ocean than expected!! There was ample room and the beach was not overcrowded.

The location was great. My family enjoyed all of the amenities on the property and being right at the beach. The host was great and was very responsive to the questions that we had. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans that we needed to cook our meals.

Comfortable condo

We came with extended family for Thanksgiving and had the best time. Everything we needed was right there in the condo. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cozy.

Beautiful condo!

This place was great! It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was amazing too, only being a short walk to the beach. The pools were all within walking distance which was nice having 4 kids to keep busy. This was our second stay in this condo and I’ll definitely be planning another stay!

Beach trip 2025

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described in the listing except the washer and dryer wasn’t inside the unit. It was shared and had to be paid for with coins. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice clean unit. Kitchen is well stocked. Pictures make unit look a little bigger than reality. Check in was very easy. Staff was friendly

All good except woman at gaurd shack upon arrival. And the fact some one(employee) came into our condo while we were out.

I’m sure the condo was very nice at one time, but it’s in need of repair. There is water damage and mold in both bathrooms, and most of the switches and outlets don’t work throughout. I’d stay again, but not in this unit.

Pros: The room was affordable, close to the beach, and had access to nice pools. Cons: The washer and dryer are not in the unit and are not free. There was a metal piece of edging coming off the wall as you go through the walkway. There was rust all over it and it stuck out quite a ways. I contacted the owner and was told that maintenance would address it.

There was a damaged wall in the hall. The air conditioning did go into the smaller bedroom and the fan dud not help. The tv fid have any cable connection, the phone number in your paperwork to call for tv was not answered after multiple calls over 4 days.

Disappointed

The location was great! We could watch our kids at the pool from the porch if we weren’t ready to join them quite yet and it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. One of our kids got sick so this was a nice feature. The unit was clean but old and could really benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The floors weren’t very clean and turned our socks brown. Plates and bowls were chipped but still useable. In the beginning we were told we had access to the indoor pool, but after arriving and asking for a key like our friends had from a different unit we were told we didn’t have access. We were actually told three different things by three different people but after about an hour on the phone the last person told us he would try to find a key. Finally, we got a key but no wristbands which are also required and we didn’t get the key to the pool until our 4th day of staying there. The key even had our unit number written on it! The weather was in the 60’s so it would have been really nice to have the pool key at the beginning of our trip instead of us calling them and telling us we didn’t have access. The master bath didn’t drain well and filled up half way every time we took a shower. They came out to fix it the next day and the maintenance guy was very nice! The hallway bathroom fan makes a really loud noise when it’s on and the internet isn’t very strong in the unit. The outlets were also difficult to use; when you plug something in it often falls out and you have to balance the plug so it doesn’t fall out. We were disappointed in the management of the property. Other units had keyless entry while on this unit you have to pick up and return the keys. A company also came by to spray for bugs while we were there but we weren’t notified at all this would be happening. We were also told to call the internet company ourselves about the internet not working because they were too busy. We manage properties for a living so unfortunately we felt a little like we were still at work during this vacation. The beach was also wonderful, very clean. You can rent an umbrella and two chairs for $40/day I think. You have to pay $20 for parking and Poole and Associates also charged a non-refundable deposit in addition to a booking fee that didn’t seem clear to us in the beginning. We thought the price was the price. For the money we spent, we would book somewhere nicer. We ended up leaving a day early.

Good location and lots to do

Great location. We were about 10-15 minutes out of the hussle and bussle of Gulf Shores but still close enough to enjoy the activities. Have been to Plantation before and have loved it so we will be back for a fifth time soon!

Family friendly

Room was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved the multitude of pools. Sassy Bass restaurant was great. Will be back!

Nice unit

Overall this was a great complex and this condo was good. However, the ceiling fans did not work and there were many light bulbs out throughout. The kitchen is VERY small (one person max). We missed not having a washer/dryer. The location to the pool and beach are great.
