  • Ven a bellas costas del Golfo y disfrute de las muchas comodidades de casa, pero con una visión mucho mejor en este 2 dormitorios y 2 baños condominio con vista al Golfo de México. Duerme cómodamente 6 con 2 reinas y 1 rey. La unidad está ubicada en el tercer piso con ascensor o un paseo por las escaleras. Cuenta con Internet Wi-Fi gratis y una cocina bien equipada. La sala de estar, y las habitaciones son bastante amplias. Hay un balcón privado con una vista espectacular de la piscina y la playa. No se pierda la comodidad de esta gran propiedad!

    Propiedad asociada 203 también está disponible para alquiler.

    Esto es un no fumadores ~ unidad Pet gratuito.

    No hay lavadora y secadora en la unidad, pero hay una sala de lavandería disponible en cada uno de los 3 niveles. El costo es $ 1. 50 por carga y tomar tarjetas de débito o crédito. Have been going to Southern Sands for years always enjoy. Great Location. Walking distance to restaurants, public beach hang out can’t go wrong with this unit. Low density and location is the biggest plus for me

Great place, it was so close to everything, very nice, had everything we needed to fix food, beds were very nice, Overall 5 stars!! Definitely would rent again!

Property was super clean and within walking distance of shopping, food and entertainment. Host was extremely nice and helpful with quick responses to questions. Check in/out was extremely easy. Perfect for our quick trip. Only complaint would be view from balcony in pictures is misleading as the picture is zoomed in. Condo is farther back with more view of parking lot but still not a bad view of beach, but not what I would consider beach front.

very clean--thank you! Pet free - thank you! Good location. It was relaxing and an enjoyable stay. Parking was secure. Some of the parking spots could use some maintenance because of overgrowth of plants but that was certainly not an issue for us due to plenty of open spots available. It seems like the price was what you'd expect for a unit directly facing the gulf but the view was partially blocked. I'm sure VRBO fees have a lot to do with that.

Great Location

The property is in a great location. It was clean and right on the beach. You are a short walk from The Hangout and numerous other restaurants. Transaction and communication went smoothly with the property owner. Would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable and homey!

Some of the most comfortable bedding we have ever slept on condo was very nice. Always enjoy the white sands in Gulf Shores. Enjoyed our stay we plan on coming back.

Nice condo

We have stayed at the condo before and very much love the location in Gulf Shores. The low density complex and the location to the beach is perfect! The ceiling fans could stand to be updated to larger/better functioning ones. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
